Please avoid this company! I was stranded alone at night at Rhodes Airport! I waited 40 minutes for the driver to turn up! I called the emergency number. Someone picked up the phone and put it down without speaking to me. They are not on What’s App. I haven’t received a reply to my email for a refund. Extremely unreliable and untrustworthy company!

Exceptional service and communication. Flight delayed going out and driver was waiting patiently for us. Crash on way to Malaga on our return and driver contacted me to inform me. He came early so we wouldn't miss flight. Highly recommend.n

They cancelled the booking with less than 24 hrs notice. Good communication in that emails were promptly answered but failed the basic job description. Hopefully the refund will appear.

I was very nervous about using ZIP transfers after my previous experience. The driver didn't turn up and I had to take a taxi at considerable expense.
I wrote and complained and was very encouraged by the staff who handled my complaint and refunded me the taxi fare, so I decided to book again with fingers crossed.
The driver arrived in Figueira (Western Algarve)on time, loaded golf clubs and bage and was generally helpful and friendly. I cannot recall his name, but when we arrived at Faro airport (in good time) we thanked him and tipped him generously and my faith in ZIP transfers has been repaid. I shall definitely use your company again and recommend you to friends and strangers alike!!.

I am very disappointed with the service we received from Zip Transfers.

We had booked a transfer from Larnaca Airport to Ayia Napa on September 13th. After arriving at the airport, nobody came to pick us up. We waited for an entire hour, and when no one showed up, I called customer service. The man I spoke to told me that he would check where our driver was and get back to me within a few minutes.

More than 20 minutes passed and I still received no information, so I had to call again. I was then told that the driver had been informed and was on his way to us.

The driver himself was very friendly and professional, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about him. In fact, he told us that he had only just received the information that he had a transfer from the airport to Ayia Napa.

This clearly shows that the problem was with the organization and communication, not with the driver.

We were left waiting at the airport for well over an hour after a long journey, which was extremely frustrating and stressful. I expected a much more reliable and organized service, especially for a pre-booked airport transfer.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Zip Transfers.

Booked and paid for a return transfer from Malta airport to our hotel in advance.

On landing, I saw a cancellation notification on email.

Therefore left stranded at the airport, having to re book a transfer.

DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY.

Very poor customer service.

We booked a minibus for tomorrow for 4 adults and 2 toddlers to collect us from the airport. They accepted our booking and took payment. At 10 pm this evening, they emailed me to cancel the booking. I have my grandfather's funeral to attend tomorrow before I jump on my flight to Spain, and this is the last thing I need to be dealing with. Terrible service and would not recommend.

Our flight was 4 hours delayed and even tho they had the flight number to track the flight, they didnt turn up. I had to call for them to say if the flight is over 3 hours delayed they just dont turn up. Not only dont they turn up, there is no communication to say they are not coming they just leave you at the airport and then on top of that they tell you they wont refund your money. Would never recommend.

This company is pathetic. We arranged a transfer from Verona to Lake Garda, on our outbound trip the driver was consistently tailgating other drivers off the road, speeding and did not slow down despite initial requests. Child seat provided was approx 30 years old (please note we had paid extra for this and was not suitable for current safety standards). I contacted the company and received no reassurance that this would be rectified for our return trip. On our return journey our driver did not arrive and on phoning the company they told us they couldn’t contact the driver and to arrange our own taxi to airport. Completely unacceptable. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Flight was delayed at Faro, on arrival no Zip transfer vehicle there, have bee contacting them for refund for 6 days, as of yet no response. Very disappointing

From pick up at the airport on arrival to collection at the hotel at the end of our holiday, service received was excellent. Although our flight had been delayed - driver was waiting on our arrival and got us to our hotel swiftly. Second time using this transfer service - fantastic!

Would never use this company again I had booked and paid in advance for my transfer to the airport I was outside my hotel for over an hour waiting the driver didn’t arrive I then had to pay a taxi to the airport and when I raised a complaint with zip transfers they would not refund me because they said the driver was there… he absolutely was not as like I said I was sat right outside my hotel for over one hour with my cases. Disgusting service

Great service lovely bus always clean polite smartly dressed drivers always but the return journey is always hours before the flight my last trip picked up at 6.25 am 35 min journey flight aylt 10.05 ...someone the people on the bus picked up at 5am ! But that what you have to tolerate for a great price. Sane as ryan air not much h space but great price and service

Great service, on time for both pick ups (return journey), and lovely cold air-conditioning in vehicle, used them twice and will do again.

Avoid this company at all costs. We paid for transfers from our hotel to Barcelona airport that didn’t show. We called customer service and were outside for nearly an hour before someone told us to get a taxi and they would refund us. When we got home we contacted them and they only refunded us the €38 we originally paid for the transfers not the taxi. I sent over taxi receipts which showed the €226 we paid for the taxi but they refused to refund as it wasn’t the “official” taxi receipt. Luckily I had another one showing €196.03. They agreed to refund this. When I finally got the refund after a month of back and forth emails they only sent €158.03 and said they gave me a total of €196.03 so I wasn’t “out of pocket” I’m out of pocket nearly €70 because of these idiots. I tried calling but all I ever get told is they don’t have a complaints department and I had to deal with emails. Joke of a company if I could leave 0 stars I would

We were collected at the airport, our flight was delayed nearly 2 hours, but within a few minutes of arriving our driver was there, he helped us with our luggage, we had two babies and after the delay everyone was a bit tired and fraught. Smooth drive to our villa.
On the return journey we changed the collection time because we had been told of the delays at Malaga airport. Our driver arrived on the dot and was great, the children, big and small were given lollipops and we were offered water for the trip, at the airport he fetched trolleys for the cases and help us to load up.
Would highly recommend Zip Transfers for their punctuality, friendliness and careful driving.

Service was brilliant drivers was friendly and on time car was immaculate definitely would recommend the service. And I will be definitely using the serves again

Always use ZIP when we holiday in Lanzarote and find them great. Always on time!

I needed to change my return transfer twice during my stay and it couldn't have been easier. Collection was made as required and early!
