Read the short version
We wrote this to be useful, not mysterious. The sections below explain the details in plain language.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to ViewPilot's websites, dashboard, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use ViewPilot for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. The ViewPilot service
ViewPilot provides Twitch-focused workspace tools, including live controls, delivery campaigns, channel monitoring, usage management, and analytics. The features available to you depend on your plan, account status, region, and the current availability shown on our Status page.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. When a change materially affects a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
3. Twitch and third-party platforms
ViewPilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Your use of Twitch, payment providers, and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use ViewPilot with your channel. We do not guarantee discoverability, monetization, partner status, audience retention, or any other outcome controlled by a third party.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate account, channel, and billing information.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share access with unauthorized people.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your account or workspace.
5. Plans, usage, and payments
The checkout screen shows the price, currency, billing period, included capacity, and any add-ons before you confirm a purchase. Taxes and payment-provider charges may apply where required. Payments are processed by the provider selected at checkout; ViewPilot does not store complete payment-card details.
Usage limits, rolling-hour allowances, channel seats, wallet credit, and campaign capacity are measured as described in the dashboard. Running multiple sessions may consume available capacity at the same time. Automatic renewal applies only when it is clearly presented and separately authorized during checkout.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can stop using the service at any time. For cancellation or refund questions, contact support@viewpilot.gg. Eligibility depends on the purchase shown at checkout, service already delivered, non-recoverable provider costs, and any consumer rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use ViewPilot to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate harmful conduct.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security and usage controls.
- Access another account, workspace, or system without authorization.
- Resell the service, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent your relationship with ViewPilot.
- Submit malicious code or content that threatens the service or its users.
8. Content and intellectual property
ViewPilot and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing; they do not transfer ownership.
You retain rights in information you submit. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
9. Availability and service changes
We work to keep ViewPilot available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream platform changes, internet conditions, capacity limits, or security events may affect service. We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect ViewPilot, its users, or third parties.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ViewPilot is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for decisions, enforcement, outages, or changes made by Twitch or another third party.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid ViewPilot during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, legal requirements, or a credible risk to the platform or others. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a chance to resolve it. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the ViewPilot operator is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country. Please contact support@viewpilot.gg first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
