In "Evolutionary Radiance - Shining Evolution", after Culumon and the DigiGnomes caused all Digimon in the Digital World to evolve to their Ultimate stages, a Plesiomon was among the Digimon who appeared before the Four Holy Beasts to help fight the D-Reaper.

In "Great Undersea Adventure! Find the Treasure Digimon of Dreams!", a different one was hidden within an underwater cave, protecting a Digitama. In order to fight off Dagomon, she agreed to DigiXros with Mizuki's Partner Digimon, Submarimon, forming Xros Up Submarimon (Plesiomon). Unlike other Digimon shown in the series, she didn't become part of Mizuki's Collection afterwards.

Plesiomon is a random enemy and playable Kemonogami which can only be obtained as a Free Kemonogami. It's a Defense-type, Harmony (Data)-attribute, Ultimate-level Kemonogami. Its unnamed Attack is a bite (220 power, 0 SP, deals Water damage to target) and its special attack is Sorrow Blue (325 power, 70 SP, deals Water damage to target with a moderate chance of confusing them. Ignores target's stat boosts). Its Passive Skill is White Veil (Raises PHYS DEF and SP DEF one rank. Less likely to be affected by status abnormalities). Plesiomon evolves from Zudomon and Mermaimon.
