it was amazing
Saint a Fable prequel, this is the story of how Fable's parents met and fell in love. But the romance is secondary to the plot about Saint building his trae and flet and his vision from the narrows. With a touch of his past and why he is how he is.
The characters are great and even though we learn more about Saint he still have that mysterious aura around him. I loved to see more of Clove and of course met Isolde, she is a great character and perf ...more

it was amazing
I requested this book on Netgalley because of the title and especially the cover. I am a suckered for a pretty cover. But I went in absolutely blind. And found a book about witches and witch hunters, of which I fell in love with the story immediately.
The writing is great, flows easily, and keeps you hooked from the first page until the last. An enemies to lovers back to enemies, and I hope to lovers some time in the next book, perfectly executed ...more
