3 Don't Knock it Until You Try it Stars
There's nothing like Alien smut to get you going. I don't know what it is about these kinds of books. ANYHOW... the Hero was kind of an asshole, but I over looked it because well, it is Alien smut. The Heroine forgives too easily then again, I over looked it because it is Alien smut.

Is it wrong to admit that I actually really enjoyed His Human Slave by Renee Rose, this was essentially in my opinion alien smut. Really good fun kinky alien porn with horns yummy yummy.
I gave this a deliciously smokin hot three and a half stars.
So Lamira is purchased for Prince Zander for breeding, he is off to war and needs to leave behind a legacy. A computer programme has decided that Lamari is the most viable option for that task.
So in true superior princely style, the prince acquires her for this purpose.
Initially disgusted that he has to breed with what he considers a lesser beeing Zander is very swiftly intrigued by his small human slave.
Now from this point on, things get very hot and heavy and His Human Slave takes a very Dominant he-man, submissive good girl approach, oh and did I mention this all comes complete with a cage, yeah a friggin cage, like for a pet gasp!!!!
This should be sooo wrong, fanning myself, but I was secretly very drawn into Prince Zander's and his little slave Lamira's world and If it doesn't upset Lamira I'm not gonna split hairs and get all up in arms over their little love games.
Now for the two mainees, first we have our lovely prince zander, well he was kind of a brat and an entitled one at that, I was getting seriously naffed off at all the accusations of lieing when the poor girl never really lied once and also all the strife she got for said fibbing, geez big hot purple dude!!! take a chill pill.
Where was I? Oh yeah naffed off, punishments, if I'm honest, these were sizzling hot, but the lack of trust where it wasn't really warranted at all, this was a real bugbear for me.
But seens as Prince Zander is a big kinky muscley seven-foot purple alien prince with horns I'm going to give him a free pass, like brownie points for being so vecking gorgeous.
Lamira, well she was so cute, like cute with a capital C and it sure helped that she was so easily dominated and eager to please her master. Didn't take her long to have the big purple beast eating out of the palm of her hand at all.
Was lovely to see their mating blossom.
So In retrospect, it's quite easy to see I enjoyed this story and though predictable this was well written and easy to engage with and I also got to enjoy some serious alien smut my new guilty pleasure I think. So if you want a fun easy read that will make you squirm in your seat His Alien Slave is the book for you, enjoy, I know I did.

Zander is the last surviving young'un of all Zandians. He is their last hope for continuing their species. He is expected to breed when all he wants to do is fight. He wants to take back his planet from the alien invaders who massacred his people. But his duty must come before his wants. A DNA match is made with the human, Lamira, who, along with her mother, are agricultural slaves and Zander doesn't want her. What in the veck could he want with a human? They're liars and cheats and not to be trusted. So what makes Lamira so special?
This story was HOT!! A purple alien conquered his human slave in the most erotically pleasing ways. While Zander kept expecting the worst of Lamira, she was just trying to figure out a way to accept her new life. I enjoyed their journey and how the author gave them each such unique perspectives of their shared situation. Being able to see it from both sides was entertaining to say the least.
I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves hot aliens and their not quite submissive mates!

I like it when free books are GOOD!
Lots of drama and hot sex with some rough BDSM, just a little. Alien men are no better at understanding women than human men. I think all men and aliens need that bracelet letting them know what arouses their partner and what doesn't. I look forward to her sister's HEA and maybe one for their mom too. The good doctor needs someone to bring him down several pegs.

Before you judge me, especially you Koko, let me just say in my defense that:
A. The book was free on BookBub
B. Anish has read a far saucier book – The Werewolf Love Slave and the Vampire Prince by Marcy Jacks
Okay, so the book. I am not here to judge or anything but some aspects of the book REALLY made me question what kind of fetishes people can be into.
The story is pretty straightforward – as the title suggests. Our protagonist, Zander has been ordered to procreate by the Zandian committee. Annoyed at the unreasonable request that he fornicate using his very large and very purple dick, he refuses. But the committee tells him it’s not his choice and chooses a human slave (the human race has fallen into slavery after getting conquered by some evil aliens).
Some interesting factors about Zandians that should make anyone run in the other direction rather than lust after them.
a. They’re purple
b. They have horns. Now, I didn’t exactly get where the horns were but I am guessing right at the temples
c. They’re really, really tall and have really, really giant dicks. THAT fact is crucial because that means coitus with a human, especially a 5 ft one, should be impossible or at least very painful
Here’s an image to describe what a typical Zandian looks like:
Anyway, after Zander agrees (begrudgingly), a human slave, Lamira, is purchased and brought upon the ship. Now, Lamira turns out to be a very confusing character. She is of course very very hot. And of course, she needs to be “properly trained” and of course, our protagonist falls in love with her within five seconds.
We have your typical smut scenes from spanking to nipple piercing to anal sex
And we also have your typical scenes of heroine getting hogged by some random dude who also wants to fuck her, heroine getting misunderstood by the hero, hero and heroine falling madly in love, heroine at first being all “macho” and saying she ain’t submitting to nobody then turning to putty at the sight of hero’s ermm horns.
The issues with the book are, of course, many:
a. What is the purpose of the horns? When it is written that they “engorge” or whatever upon arousal, do they erm…grow?
b. Why would aliens still want to have children with humans? The fact that purple and white mix together to form a very unpleasant shade makes it highly impossible the poor kid would be a cutie
c. What is the purpose of saying the heroine has special powers? Why couldn’t her powers make her see she was going to become a breeding human? Why couldn’t her powers show where her sister was taken?
d. I cannot stress this enough but making the hero’s mentor [someone he considers a father as well] and the heroine’s mother a couple is NOT nice. Nuh uh. Nope
And lastly, to point out to the future me why I should stop lusting after free books, here’s an array of words only the Zandian god knows why they were formed:

Not what I expected.
I thought going in there would be some power dynamics that were off. Given the title and all. But this wasn’t that. This was not BDSM. It was slavery. It took till 92% to get any kind of consent from this woman. Everything prior to that was rape and Stockholm syndrome. I was super hype for some kinky alien fun but this was just a lot of rape. The sad part being that if she had been treated like anything other then an animal she would clearly have given all kinds of consent. There’s every aftercare. But since it’s just a lot of rape none of the rest of that matters a single bit. Disappointing.

Okay, so I really like the writing. The flow was super pleasant and the smut was smuttier than smutty! Hot ass alien smut right here, people!
The Dom/Sub relationship Zander & Lamira had going on wasn’t bad- it just filled so much that I didn’t really “truly believe” their “feelings” toward each other were genuine.
The action was lacking until the end of the book, and the last page had my interest piqued like crazy!
I both liked and disliked Lamina, and the same goes for Zander. I liked Laminas sassiness, but whenever she thought something tough and strong like” I am not a slave and now I will give him hell” - Xander just spanked her and she was like” Yes, Master, I am your slave.”. Talk about annoying, right? I had hoped she would show a little stubbornness at least once! I liked Zanders protectiveness of Lamina, but whenever he got any intel on her he just turned on her - like come on dude!
It still was a really decent book, but I’m not 100% sold.

Sometimes for me Science Fiction is a hit or miss for me, but not this book this was a good read. This was the first book in a new series too me, by an author that I have read before. Zander, the alien warrior prince intent on recovering his planet when the Zandian elders tell him he needs a mate to breed he knows that their at no females of his kind under 60. When the doctor tells him that he has a program that has matched him up with a human he is not sure it will work. Zander doesn't like humans and he has never been with one. Lamira, has hidden her claircognizance from the Ocretions, as aberrant traits in human slaves are punished by death. Lamira is also a virgin her mother has hidden her in a way to protect her. Her father who died before she was born was a warrior. Lamira never thought she would like being a sex slave or breeder but her body wants to be used and abused. Zander didn't think he would like being with a human and he had a lot to learn about humans and with the help of the good doctor who Lamira didn't like. This book was hot the sex scenes were really good. These two come to love each other. When one of the guards Gunt starts coming on to Lamira she doesn't tell Zander and when the Gunt lies and tells him that she came on to him he beats her only to find out that he was wrong so he decides to by her mother for her as away to make up for what he did and to get some answers as to how she knew about the guard stealing. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

When I pick up a book for fantasy pleasure, His Human Slave is exactly the type of book I like to read. It is “porny” without the dumb porn feel to it (I think you know what I mean). It contains a perfect mixture of love, discipline, hot sex, kinkiness...and here is a bonus…it is a good story too! I cared about the two main characters and I found myself rooting for their relationship to succeed. I loved that the main heroine was feisty, yet was also submissive when the H got all “dommie” with her. The discipline scenes sizzled and while they were painful, they were done in the context of love. So the love/discipline dynamic just worked and it moved their budding romance along nicely.
There were some kinky parts that drenched my panties too.
Maybe the best compliment I can give this book is that it was pure enjoyment. I don’t often read books that contain alien heroes because I just can’t get attracted to creature sex. Call me old fashion, but two penises the length of baseball bats on a three-headed, purple, horned monster is not something I am normally attracted to. Thankfully, our hero is none of those things. Maybe the best compliment I can give this book is that it was pure enjoyment. I don’t often read books that contain alien heroes because I just can’t get attracted to creature sex. Call me old fashion, but two penises the length of baseball bats on a three-headed, purple, horned monster is not something I am normally attracted to. Thankfully, our hero is none of those things. Wow! I was completely surprised by this book. Alien Romance novels are generally not my thing, but this book was amazing!

I loved every second of this book and I would highly recommend this to anyone who love a good alien erotica novel and for people who are on the fence about them- because let me tell you, this book will make you a fan of that genre!

Alien abduction smut is a guilty pleasure of mine and I just found a new series to scratch that itch. It's nothing original but it was so satisfying and it promises to get better. It also has a plot that will apparently span most of the books other than the development of a relationship between the two MCs.

I liked it a lot and it had a lot of potential to be so much more than what it is.
Some of the problems is jumpiness. There are also quite a few typos and editing errors.
What hurt it the most is there are a lot of sluggish areas. The characters seem to get stuck going nowhere. This happens a few times in the story. It would have been great areas for Ms. Renee Rose to use for world and character build and to up the suspense and intrigue about the rebellion Zander is planning, etc.
I have to say it is a unique story in that both Zander & Lumira are so clueless about so many things!
Zander really has no idea how humans work and constantly flounders in his interactions with Lumira. This actually leads to some humorous (to me) situations.

LOL I was not expecting this to be so good for a freebie! Who knew I'd be into alien smut? 😂 I don't typically seek out books in this subgenre. This surpassed my expectations, and was the perfect quick, funny, steamy read. The story was a bit touching too; I was drawn in and fully immersed.

Strategizing and recruiting warriors to mount a rebellion to regain his home planet, Prince Zander is given an ultimatum by his council to breed an heir to assure stability and hope for those fighting the cause. A slave to the Ocretions, she and her mother barely survive the harsh living conditions while hiding her claircognizance ability which, if known, would result in sudden death. Things don't look good when one day she's taken from the fields and presented to a daunting male who purchases her whisking her away from all she's known including her mother.
Told her new owner is now the man who will impregnate her, Lamira discovers that comes with it's own set of rules that if broken results in discipline measures. Further, she's implanted with a monitoring device that detects her arousal level thus providing Zander with the knowledge of when she's primed for breeding.

I've recently gotten into listening to audible books as I travel alone and not a fan of radio/CD distractions. Hence this is the best of both worlds. I've even started planning extra trips because of that.
The blurb for this book sounded like something that I normally read so I grabbed it. First observation (for me) is that the narration was pretty monotone with character changes sounding pretty much same (males) and the female characters more a juvenile age sound. Over and above that it was refreshing to 'hear' a story as the author intended.
The overall story content was interesting. Normally I'd be totally on board with a slave being purchased for the purposes of breeding which would lead to an affection between the two and hopefully a HFN or HEA sort of ending. I'd also be good with disturbing adult content scenes that supported the story line and/or were important to keep to the tone of circumstances of the character or characters. Further, adding secondary world building and subplots that added to the world building have their place. Yet, there was something that just didn't work for me when considering all those factors. The author told a good story so maybe it's just a personal opinion in that I really didn't enjoy it.
The main characters had totally different backgrounds and history which did give the reader a glimpse into their inner psyche as it came to the current events of this story. Zander had a huge weight on his shoulders as his home planet had been taken over and many were looking to him to right the wrongs and reclaim their world. Lamira had no world as she was a slave though her history was one she could be proud of. Yet, the whole thing seemed more a matter of circumstances (arranged marriage sort of thing) that they tolerated and, I didn't like Zander as a character.
The individual romance scenes were adult content with a BDSM flair though not to any degree that I wanted to grab a refreshing cool glass of water or charge up battery powered accessories. On a side note, there was mention of an implanted arousal meter that would make someone very rich if it was a reality. Imagine the potential of a partner always knowing when ......... skip that, it could be a dangerous weapon in the wrong hands. lol
The secondary cast of characters supported the story. Some in a good way and some not. Can't say that there were any stand outs for me though.
I'm not sure if listening to this story detracted from my overall opinion or if the story lacked depth which therefore resulted in voids that I couldn't resolve. It's an interesting first in series SciFi story that might appeal to those who look for dystopian erotic romance genre reads.

it's the new blue alien thing! though without the tails and
there are a few things that bothered me such as her lack of fight and instant willingness to go from being a garden/farm slave to a breeder slave.
at least i was right about this going to become my new obsession after that blue alien series by Ruby Dixon. and y'all know i've read about 99% of them
but this series gives me a little more with some kinky stuff.

3.5 Stars! I forgot that I have already read this story in an anthology. So here is my review I posted for it.
Zander is from Zandian and is the prince of a planet-less race. He is working hard to prepare for war to reclaim their home planet. Lamira is a human, daughter of a famous soldier. Her mother was captured when she was pregnant with Lamira and has hidden their true identities with the Ocretions. She has a gift that would cause her and her mothers death if revealed. Zanders people wish to have him breed before he goes off to war to insure the continuation of his race. His physician has found Lamira to be the most compatible to breed. Zander is less than thrilled since humans are looked upon as the lowest of race. He sees them as weak and prone to deception. This has spanking, restraints, caging and an Alpha male.
I am a fan of Renee Rose's work so I hate to admit that I was not a complete fan of Zander. Lamira IS a slave, but he accused her of lying too many times and punished her for things she didn't do. He does come to see the error of his ways. Despite that, I do enjoy this author's writing and this ends as if there is more to the story involving Lamira's sister which I would very much like to read. ARC provided by NetGalley.

Obviously I read the write up before I downloaded. This book disturbed me and I was confused.
Lamira was violated during her check up by the "doctor" then raped by Zander, however, that was couched to make the reader believe it was okay as she was aroused by the entire thing. No! Just no. She even said it repeatedly.
I've read many books with this setup and the forced sex wasn't in it. It was worked out very differently. It was of course difficult to like that prick Zander after everything he did. I couldn't with the scene in the book it was just disturbing and I had to ask myself if this was a thing now.
She was abused and that was turned around into BDSM. Classic abusive behaviour. Beat then treat. Colon cleanse by force too. So many strange things.
What's sad is I think this author can actually spin a tale.Her writing style is comfortable I just didn't like how she let this story unfold.
I proudly wear my prude flag.

**I still like this, it is definitely smutty, plenty (too much?) sex. I liked it though. I got a little frustrated with Lamira . I do wish there was a bit more with other warriors or Daneth, etc. The interactions are pretty minimal and doesn't really give you much as far as leading into the next one. I did like the way this one ended.

It was a quick read, not a lot of depth or anything, I didn't fall in love with any of the characters or anything, but for what it was, it was entertaining.

Listened to through Audiobook Boom in exchange for a fair review.
The reader, Jiraiya Addams, was OK. Sometimes he sounded like he was announcing stuff from Mount Doom, but most of the time he didn't bother me.
Zander the Zandian Prince, and Lamira his human slave.
The story was a little hard to get into at first, not because Zander is such an unsympathetic douche canoe... but because his ship doctor, Danelo, is a creep. RR really forces her readers to confront the fact that Lamira is a slave. She has no rights, not even where her body's concerned.
Set in a future where all Humans have been subjugated by the Ocretians for a very long time. Lamira grew up in slavery and hiding her good looks and her psychic powers.
The Zandians lost their home as well, but they plan to get it back. In the mean time though they have no compatible mates. What could they possibly do??? Well of course human women are compatible... (snicker).
So gradually (although the whole story is only a few weeks) Zander comes to care for Lamira. He's such an unfeeling jackass at first. But apparently that is a trait of Zandians, as well as an supposed inability to lie. Even sarcasm is considered lying and earns Lamira quite a few smacks on the ass.

Asshat unlikeable Hero. No romance.
"Light" non con slave breeder sci fi erotica. Included bondage, cage, spanking, caning, and forced orgasm. The heroine was pretty, young, savvy, and tough in a world where human slaves were purposefully bred to be dumb. The Hero was a warrior alien prince who, along with a few hundred of his people, was displaced from his home planet. The Hero needed an heir so hence the purchase of the heroine. The aliens' attitude toward the heroine was that she was a lower caste species and they really treated her like a pet.
There was a long struggle for the Hero to learn to trust his breeder slave resulting in a series of punishments. Fortunately, the heroine was a pain slut and the pair ended up having sex almost every time. She wasn't truly afraid of him. Like I said it was a "light" slave story. The sex was not very hot, but entertaining enough.
The Hero was very disassociated from the heroine as far as a romantic figure. He finally realized her worth and his feelings for her when he found out she was a sentient being. But it was her psychic abilities, and his discovery, that opened his eyes as far as his alien definition of a higher being. So yes, the Hero came around to "loving" the heroine but it was too late at the very end of the story and, therefore, quite unconvincing.
Things wrapped up too quickly with a HFN and a new character was introduced in the epilogue. The world building was just enough to carry the slave story.

Book III of my Hawaii vacation. No I’m not proud of this one.
I skimmed the last half. The problem with erotica is, believe it or not, that it can get boring really quickly. If there’s not a really interesting plot or connection between the two characters, then what am I still reading for?
I was also expecting her to no longer be a slave by the end. Weird choice not to do that. I also thought her clairvoyance would be a little more central to the plot. They just kinda stuck it in at the end to say, “hey look she’s actually special!”

4 vecking stars for this amazing world
I loved this world building! I wished it was longer so I could’ve appreciated Zander and Lamira’s story more.
Prince Zander’s race is in jeopardy. He has to reproduce in order to continue his line. He was deemed to be compatible with a human; for some reason, she would be the perfect vessel to continue his line. Enter Lamira- A slave from a different planet. His physician has studied humans so that Zander can understand his new slave’s needs. When Lamira is presented to him, she doesn’t know what to expect. She doesn’t understand why she’s there and then finds out, and she’s not too happy. Zander needs to train her so that their breeding can go off seamlessly.
In the meantime, there’s a war going on and Zander has enemies. He needs to have offspring and rebuild his population. Lamira is actually special- she has special psychic abilities that allow her to see random things. Being around the crystals from Zander’s planet allows her to see more. Zander suspects something else is going on but she doesn’t admit it how she knows things. Zander’s species cannot lie and the fact that Lamira is withholding information puts a strain on their relationship. He needs to be able to trust her but she’s also afraid for her life.
There were a couple of things that bothered me. SPOILERS AHEAD*********When he punishes her cruelly, I appreciated his regret but needed more of a grovel and she gave in way too easily 🙄. I definitely don’t mind “punishments” 😉😉😉but when he’s too cruel, stay mad at him for a few pages at least please lol. Also, I dislike face slaps ugh... again, grovel afterwards please in order to make it more palatable- but these are just my preferences, other people probably don’t mind it like me and that’s okay. The rest of the story line was fine. I would’ve loved to see the piercing scene (luckily, I’m a subscriber to Renee Rose so I was able to read the bonus scene lol) **********END SPOILERS.
I would’ve liked this to be longer. I get that things move fast, but I wanted to see the progression to their love more. I loved how attentive Zander was to Lamira, especially considering that she’s a different species from him. I loved how he adjusted to her and got to know her likes, dislikes, etc.
If the rest of the series ever goes on sale I’ll definitely buy it! I want to see Lamira’s sister and her mom’s story!

She doesn’t understand why she’s there and then finds out, and she’s not too happy. Zander needs to train her so that their breeding can go off seamlessly.
In the meantime, there’s a war going on and Zander has enemies. He needs to have offspring and rebuild his population. Lamira is actually special- she has special psychic abilities that allow her to see random things. Being around the crystals from Zander’s planet allows her to see more. Zander suspects something else is going on but she doesn’t admit it how she knows things. Zander’s species cannot lie and the fact that Lamira is withholding information puts a strain on their relationship. He needs to be able to trust her but she’s also afraid for her life.
There were a couple of things that bothered me. SPOILERS AHEAD*********When he punishes her cruelly, I appreciated his regret but needed more of a grovel and she gave in way too easily 🙄. I definitely don’t mind “punishments” 😉😉😉but when he’s too cruel, stay mad at him for a few pages at least please lol. Also, I dislike face slaps ugh... again, grovel afterwards please in order to make it more palatable- but these are just my preferences, other people probably don’t mind it like me and that’s okay. The rest of the story line was fine. I would’ve loved to see the piercing scene (luckily, I’m a subscriber to Renee Rose so I was able to read the bonus scene lol) **********END SPOILERS.
I would’ve liked this to be longer. I get that things move fast, but I wanted to see the progression to their love more. I loved how attentive Zander was to Lamira, especially considering that she’s a different species from him. I loved how he adjusted to her and got to know her likes, dislikes, etc.
If the rest of the series ever goes on sale I’ll definitely buy it! I want to see Lamira’s sister and her mom’s story!

3.0 RATING- Lots of sex, lots of her getting off on being “punished”, not a ton of story. I’m not sure if the rest of the series will be the same and worth skipping in favor of other sci-fi romance series I like better or if there is some potential here. I wish the next book in the series was the storyline featured in book three but unfortunately it’s not. Looks like the second book is available to borrow thru KU so I likely will give it a shot.

I like scifi where smart human women have to explain to hulking alien males how the real world works, but this book was not up to my standard. I realize that it is the first in a series, and the characters grow and the world building improves, but this was too much dumb Dom for me.
But some of my GR friends really like it, so give it a try.
