Murderer. Knockout. Buried. Tormented.
The image the world sees is not the man that I have become.
Images of me, of what I have done to another man, fill my mind.
Nightmares fill my life, day or night, it doesn’t matter. All I see is death.

Enabler. Trash. Hidden. Scandalous.
The image the town sees of me is not who I have become.
What I do late at night, to make ends meet, consumes me.
I have no future. No prospects. No money.
I’ve always tried to hide the fact that I’m nothing.

Images we try to uphold are lies that we present to the outside world.
Masks are all that we show, even to our closest friends.
Nobody knows what lies beneath the surface.
Nobody will ever know.

I am really on the fence about this one on what my feelings are about this current story.I liked it but didn't love it and I think the reason why that is because of Tulip .I loved Tulip in the fact that she is truly a down to earth and loving and caring individual she is so sweet kind and understanding but, the fact that she constantly kept putting herself down and kept self sabotaging herself really just got on my nerves .

Louis was a hot mess in this story but, once he straightened himself out he pursued the one thing that was going to complete his own happiness.I loved Louis in the fact he was always open and honest about his feelings some of them were ugly but, his feelings about Tulip were always honest and genuine and we loved how her saw her in a light that Tulip never saw herself but, also that the people within her circle that called themselves her family saw what Louis saw in Tulip and we just loved that.

On a whole we loved Tulip and Louis as a couple they had tons of chemistry between them and were definitely compatible in the bedroom that lead to a lot of sexy times that were hotter then hell.

Overall I have to say that there were a lot of parts of the story that I really loved a lot and other not so much and that always stemmed from Tulips actions and deeds and her blatant disregard for her safety that bordered on stupidity and I kept having to remind myself time and time again this is only a book of fiction because this character was nothing but , frustrating for me .So part of me understands Tulip and why in part why she see's herself the way that she did but, we saw only the goodness and kindness and potential she had in herself and how determined she was to carved out a better life for herself and we loved the fact that one man fought for both of their happiness and saw what we all saw in Tulip .

There is no doubt Ms Faiman knows how to write one heck of a hot and sexy read because this couple burned up the sheets. We have to say the suspenseful side of the story was a bit surprising and we loved the fact we didn't see the story playing out as we had envisioned it and we love when that happens. We enjoyed the women and men that have of been a big part of this series be a big part of this current tale as we have come to love them all as they really have created a amazing family out a bunch of misfits .

Gah that book was so sweet. And so packed full of drama and emotion, I couldn't put it down. The whole series has been the perfect balance between hot, sweet, emotional and drama. And each has been stand-alone but reading them back to back they have built perfectly on each other. Getting a little more of this beautiful found family in each book has been awesome.

Tulip and Louis had a brief encounter in one of the earlier books and I honestly thought that was the end of it. So, when I started this book and realised that Tulip was the heroine I was dying to see how this was going to play out. I really liked Louis from seeing him in all the other books and getting to know him better just made him all the more lovable.

I didn't really know much about Tulip going into this but getting to know her made me want to see her be treated like the queen she deserved to be. And Louis was the perfect man for the job. They each had so many demons to overcome, and I enjoyed watching the way they supported each other and how much they were devoted to making their relationship work.

And now I can't wait to read Ford's book next. Right after I read the included novella.

I enjoyed it mostly, I was just left with too many questions when I'd finished.

There are a lot of hot sexy scenes, like a lot! There's a kidnapping, stalking, damaged pasts, skin colour is questioned, an ex pops up wanting Jesse back then disappears as quick as she entered the plot, Jesse's mother and what she was going through I did not get at all and then there's Jesse,s come back after his last fight that left him with mental scares.

I felt it was all to much, drip fed overload. It felt like the author threw into the storyline everything she thought the reader would want and really any one of those things would still have enhanced the story if it had been focused on more and there had been a build up to it while Laurie and Jesse developed their relationship before his big fight.

I had high hopes after reading reviews, unfortunately I saw to many flaws in the plot to really enjoy the story.

This was my first book by Hayley Faiman and after reading it I’m not sure why I haven’t read her before and definitely will in the future. Tulip is a woman who do what it takes to pay the bills and Louis is looking for a escape due to a tragic accident during one of his fights. Together they heal the demons that lie quietly dormant in each other. This was such a good book and written in a way that you can’t help but root for these two in every way

Another emotional, addicting & amazing read. I couldn’t wait for Louis story. Seeing him in the previous books I was so excited to finally get to his. I love a good MMA fighter romance & throw in the angsty feelings & all the drama that was in this book, it was perfect.
I absolutely loved Louis & Tulip! This big tough MMA fighter was such a softy at heart & he fell hard for Tulip. And I loved seeing Tulip find a family in all of Louis’ friends & their wives. This group is so special & the bond they have is beautiful. My only complaint, Gary deserved to have his a ** handed to him by Louis.
The short story at the end was really nice too! I was so dang curious about what was happening w/Jesse & Laurie. Glad to see they got a nice HEA. I hate knowing I only have one more guy to go before I end this series, but I’m so excited for Ford’s HEA.

Ms. Faiman’s Unfit Hero series has been a mesmerizing one since the very first installment and this latest addition to the series is no exception as readers are introduced to a couple weighed down by their pasts but trying to make a future with one another. It’s an emotionally intense journey, one that’s both sizzling and sweet, as well as frustrating at times too. No matter the emotions Ms. Faiman arouses readers will be quickly captivated by this couple’s struggles and will be rooting for them every step of the way.

Louis Kingston is a professional fighter still dealing with the accidental death of his opponent in the ring. It’s thrown him for a loop, weighed him down with guilt, and pointed out to him just how alone he really is. He longs to show who he really is below his fighting exterior though which has him frequently thinking of an unforgettable young woman residing back in his hometown. For him, going home means healing, but it’s a rocky process due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding danger to his girl Tulip. To overcome everything though they have to stand up for each other to work through their pasts to find HEA. Through it all Louis is a delicious hero, a bit rough around the edges but with a big heart of gold. Like his friends, once he committed to claiming Tulip he was laser focused and would sacrifice all for her. He showed her her true worth, after years of her being broken down, and his loving ministrations of her warmed my heart.

Tulip Fischer is a complex heroine who I sometimes liked while being frustrated by her at other times. She’s been emotionally battered for years, treated like trash by those close to her and has been left with virtually no self-esteem. She doesn’t think herself worthy of happiness or anything good which drives many of her decisions early on in the story. Quite frankly she’s a doormat at the beginning, putting up with a boyfriend who lets her work herself to exhaustion to pay his bills while treating her as his whore. Seeing her allow herself to be treated like that broke my heart, made it difficult to keep turning the pages, but with Louis arriving on the scene things finally looked brighter. She saw herself through his eyes, she saw just how good of a friend she really is and proved to herself that she was more than deserving of HEA. As the story progressed she became more empowered, but there were still a few bad decisions on her part that put her right in the middle of a dangerous situation full of surprising twists and turns. Despite her flaws I still found myself rooting for her. She’s a truly good person with a caring group of friends who are more like family to her and I enjoyed their subtle matchmaking between her and Louis. They’re a formidable pair, just what the other needed to lift them up from their painful pasts, and along the way they steamed up the pages while making my heart flutter.

From the first page to the last this was a story that held me captive in a tale full of intense emotions, heartfelt interludes, and gripping suspense that had me frantically turning the pages. Louis is a delightful hero with layers I enjoyed discovering more about, a hero who was just as unforgettable as those from the previous books. These men were strong with issues that were raw and realistically dealt with which endeared them to me all the more. They’re a supportive group, brotherly, who wanted each of them to find their HEA. Tulip’s interactions with her girlfriends were much the same and it added a familial vibe to the story that made for an even stronger storyline. Rounding out this book was a novella featuring two characters I was hoping to get to know more about and its inclusion made for a satisfying conclusion. Readers looking for unique characters, storylines full of conflict, and a tale full of heart and soul need look no further than this sweet and sizzling romance.

3-1/2 stars!

This book was definitely different then I was expecting. So much more lies beneath the surface. I was expecting the traditional back and forth between man and woman. While this book did have some of that it also went way deeper then I expected. I don’t want to give anything away because you’ll be surprised how it all unravels. I never seen most of it coming.

Louis was kind, strong, honest, knew what he wanted & went after it, loving, & a truly good person. Tulip is human. That’s the best word I’ve got to describe her. I really didn’t like her for the first half of the book. To me she was weak, and so self doubting and basically woe is me which I am not a fan of. But then you get to the end of book and she did grow on me, maybe because she grows as a person.

I had a hard time getting into this book, it seemed slow to me but after the suspense started I got into it.

I received an arc of this book in return for an honest review.

This is one hell of a story! This is the first one I have read in the series and I can't wait to go back and read the first three books because Hayley has captured my heart with this book. This book had so many emotions that I would cry one moment and the next I would laugh or be frustrated.

This story is about two people who have suffered some serious pain in their lives and they are just hanging on. Louis suffers from guilt because he did something to someone and he can't believe that it happened. Tulip suffers from abuse at the hands of her boyfriend. When these two meet it is electrifying. They both have hurt and pain that they share and when they come together it is amazing!

This is a must read series. So go on out and one click it you won't be disappointed.

I LOVE these down earth good ole boys in this series. They have an alpha side that shows Hayley Faimans gift for writing jerks you love to hate but they have sweet loving sides that make me melt.
Tulip and Louis were a one nightstand that both knew were more and when they met up again it was magnetic. They both had big demons to overcome but together they did. And OMG when the twists of her past and his life were exposed I was shocked! How can people be so sick and evil!
A short story at the end gave us a perfect HEA for another couple.
I can't wait to see what's next from one of my favorite authors.

Louis Kingston is a professional boxer but when one of his punches kills one of his opponents, he begins to question everything and needs to get as far away from Las Vegas as possible and knows it’s time for him to be with his family and close friends.
Tulip Fischer has been dating Joey Perry on and off for years but lately she is done with their relationship after catching him cheating on her. She works two jobs to try and pay all of the bills and struggles with her self-esteem issues.
Tulip and Louis had a brief past together when Tulip was on a previous break from Joey and now Louis wants to resume their relationship but Tulip doesn’t feel like she is good enough for Louis.
Will the pressure of Louis’s upcoming fight drive a wedge between the two or will they both realize that what they have is worth the fight?
This was such a great book with some awesome twists and other great moments to keep you hooked!
First off I love the book’s name and how you may initially think it’s going to lead one way until you realize that is in fact something totally different to the main character himself. This was something that Louis really struggled with through the book and I really liked seeing how everything was progressing and how he had to heal himself.
I loved Louis right from the beginning and he was not like how you maybe thought he’d be and I loved how much of a gentleman he was and how important is friends and “family” were to him in Gallup. I loved how protective he was over Tulip as soon as they started seeing each other again and no matter what he wanted, he never pressured her at all.
I admired Tulip for working hard to provide for herself and finally realizing that she couldn’t out up with Joey’s antics anymore. After reading further I understood why she felt like she needed to give it a good shot but I was proud that she put herself first.
There was so much chemistry between Tulip and Louis and I was proud of both of them for really doing their best in their relationship. I must admit that I was a little mad at Tulip for not letting Louis know about the notes but I had an idea about who was behind everything.
So holy twist bomb!!! I was not expecting who was behind the twist and what happened and everything in the cabin. Shocked the heck out of me but then there were more twists and I was seriously totally blown away by everything that kept coming and the author does such an amazing job of making everything go so well and making my jaw continually hit the ground!!
The big fight was everything but then the stuff that happened after was just OMG!!
I loved the epilogue and I truly loved these and hope we get to see them again soon!

Killer , the newest addition to my beloved Unfit Hero series, was another emotional and meaningful story that I absolutely enjoyed. This book is a little different from the previous ones because there was a big suspense sideline which gave the book a little extra thrill.

Both Louis and Tulip were a little broken which made them real and human. Louis was drowning in guilt from an accident from his previous fight and Tulip was filled with self-doubt from her childhood experiences and her previous relationship. Both deemed that they did not deserve the happiness that they found in each other. However, they stayed in their relationship trying to build the other up and better themselves. I loved watching them grew closer and stronger together.

It always was a delight to see all the previous couples from the series as they were a tight knitted group and a family that they chose to belong. The novella at the end featuring Laurie and Jesse was an added bonus. I cannot wait to see Ford gets his turn in finding his true love.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

This was an easy-going book. I enjoyed the relationship development between Tulip and Louis. Like the other characters of this series they were both broken in their own way and it's great to see two people find peace and love in each other.

The drama about Joey's dad and Mark was unbelievable, what a psychos! Tulip was so lucky to get out of that situation. Even though it seemed a little nonsense in some parts, for example, if they had a well-elaborated plan to kidnap Tulip they had a lot of opportunities when she was still with Joey, it doesn't make much sense to me that they felt threatened when she started dating Louis, but I guess it was for the better that things happened that way, I cannot imagine Tulip being in the hands of those monsters. Silas and Mark were sick, disgusting people and Gary what a bastard. I hate them.

I like how Louis shows over and over again, how much he loves Tulip and he doesn't care about what others think. Tulip is such a good heart, strong and kind woman, I really like her. She deserved a good life.

I have to say that I don't know how to feel about this series though. I enjoyed all the books but I came to the conclusion that I'm not really happy with all the hero-savior situation. It happened in all the four books, there's a woman who's life is shitty and there's a man who has all figure out and came to his white house to save her. It's like nope, girls can too. This was a big turn off for me, to be honest.

Overall, I love the series and I can't wait to read Ford's story in Cowboy.

Faiman’s back with the 4th book from her Unfit Heroes series, and in my opinion it’s the best one so far. Louis Kingston a.k.a Killer is a fighter, in a fight gone wrong and through no fault of his own his opponent died and Louis has been torturing himself, shouldering the blame ever since, he decides to head back home hoping to clear his head, when he sees his one -time hookup Tulip he comes to the realisation that he wants her again. Tulip still works as a clerk in the grocery store however since their last encounter she now has a second job as a stripper trying to make ends meet.

With some meddling from the girls Tulip finds herself put in path of Louis with no way to avoid him (not that she really wants to anyway) and that’s how their journey towards a HEA begins, of course there’s some drama along the way with an ex, more so his family, a creepy boss and interfering management but Louis and Tulip overcome the hurdles they’re faced with especially with the help and support of the guys and girls from the previous books in the series.

These Unfit Hero men all know what they want, yes they’re all a little damaged but all they needed was the right woman to bring them to their knees whilst mending them in the process.

This was another fantastic addition to the Unfit Heroes series, don’t miss out, one-click now.

~~TOP 10 RECOMMENDED~~

The Unfit Hero series is back and boy Hayley Faiman doesn't disappoint at all instead makes us believe in second chances and well seeing the worth in yourself with Louis and Tulip in this book. They had one time together and ever since then it is the only thing that well makes Tulip believe in maybe someone out there actually really loves her for just herself. We have Louis who is struggling to believe that he is not a killer yet is still haunted by his past and all the mistakes he did including not going after Tulip years ago. Hayley Faiman brings us these two who are opposite from each other share one thing in common, hope. One hopes for the woman of his dreams to love him no matter what has become of him and a woman who is struggling to find herself even if it means leaving the man she has always loved. Now don't get me wrong it is not all love and roses but we have true villains in this book that have to say Hayley Faiman like really wow went out there with these three bad men. All in all this is a great book to these Unfit Heros that I am coming to love more and seeing Louis finally in his own book is just wow.

This is the first book I read of Hayley Faiman and I can promise you it wont be the last.

Louis and Tulip's story takes you on an emotional roller coaster. Louis feels like a killer and unworthy of Tulip's love because of the color of his skin. The last person he loved, left him because her friends thought it was weird that she was dating a black man. Horrible people in my opinion.

Louis came to Gallup, Texas after a horrible fight where is opponent died. Even though everyone told him that it wasn't his fault, he still feels guilty. Coming back he has one objective, TULIP. He likes her and wants to see where things go from here.

Tulip works in a supermarket during the day and in a strip joint at night. She likes Louis but she doesn't feel like she is good enough for him. But she is proven wrong every step of the way. He wants her and support her decisions even when he doesn't like it. There love is put to the test several times when her back comes back to haunt her.

I loved every moment of this roller coaster ride. Louis and Tulip have a deep connection and they go on this ride together. They stick together through it all. Through his guilty of killing someone and to her kidnapping. They are soulmates and are not giving up on each other.

Both are victims! One by choice and the other is just unfortunate.

I really enjoyed Killer it is part of a boxers career and it isn't unheard of and Louise has to carry that burden with him for the rest of his life regardless and obviously he naturally has highs and lows as any person with a conscience would but Tulip is stuck in a loveless marriage by choice even when she knows she deserves so much better, it's only when her husband does the worst thing possible does she decide to leave him.

Louis and Tulip (love the name by the way!) have met each other before through mutual friends and there's an attraction there and as much as Louis likes Tulip she feels that he deserves so much more than herself! But Louis can't stop thinking about her.

Can they both fix each other?

Can she help Louis and ease his conscience?

Can Louis show Tulip her true worth?

A great storyline that I truly enjoyed and even though Hayley is a new author to me, I just really wish I'd read the 3 previous Unfit Heroes books but Killer can be read as a standalone too, I will hopefully get around to reading the others soon.

Louis Kingston is a professional fighter, who is carrying around big baggage after an accidental death of an opponent in a fight. He has no one to talk to about all of these feelings, and it's made him actually realize how alone he truly is. He's honest to a fault, even if it hurts, which I had no problem with at the end of the day. Tulip is a sweet heroine who make be nuts with some of her questionable actions & decisions. I get why she did do some of them, but still, I needed her to come to the point that it's time to let it go sooner. Of course, it did make things have a more realistic feel, as humans are flowed, and she has the disease that women get of no self-esteem, due to the people who have surrounded her throughout her young life. It also gives her that shoot yourself in the foot mentality, which led to many stupid and/or dangerous decisions in my eyes. Anyway, these two together were gold, as they complimented each other, while healing the other of the baggage. I don't want to say more because it's just better to experience it for yourselves, so hit those one click buttons, as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Killer has been a book I've been waiting for since Tulip and Louis met in Hero and made little appearances in Fraud . This is my favorite in the Unfit Hero series but can be read as a standalone I do recommend that you read them in order to better understand the characters . I love the characters even though they frustrated me beyond belief but once they were together there was no stopping them . I love this group of ladies and men that make up this damaged but beautiful family I so can't wait to read the next book in the series the hero is one I need to read and I'm so hoping he find his happy ending because he really needs one and for the heroine to worthy enough for him . I was so happy that we got an added novella it was a couple I wanted to read about in Fraud and I wasn't disappointed with how it went . My heart really grew with the love these characters have the series has got to be one of my favorite series by Hayley Faiman and I can't wait to read more books by her in the future .

Another hit from Hayley and this group of guys! Tulip and Louis had a one-night stand while Tulip was on the off side of her on-and-off-again relationship. Feeling like he was way out her league, when she finally got the courage to end her relationship for good, she didn’t feel she could run back to Louis, where she actually had true and hard feelings. This storyline legit blew my mind! Once Louis and Tulip get back together, it’s an uphill battle, and strange things start to happen surrounding Tulip’s second job. While Louis is dealing with somewhat of PTSD from his last fight, Tulip keeps him in the dark as a way to protect him, and it might be too late when things blow up for her. I honestly didn’t see any of it coming for her and I was totally baffled as I continued reading, as things got even more connected and intertwined! So happy that both Tulip and Louis got their HEA, and thankful for Hayley to provide a unique and great storyline.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Killer is the 4th book in Unfit Hero. Killer is Louis Kingston. He is a fighter and he killed in a fight gone wrong. Louis decides to go back home. Tulip works in a grocery store as a clerk and also is a stripper. She is just trying to make ends meet.

It was great to be able to read more about the characters that were from the previous books in this series.

The men in the Unfit Hero series all seem to know what they want and they are all damaged and need to be mended by finding the right woman. The women from this series are also damaged and they all seem to think they aren’t worthy of the men that have chosen each of them as their soulmate .

The girls, Channing and Exeter are meddling again and invite Tulip over knowing that Louis would be there. I can’t say more but I truly enjoyed this book! I found myself just zipping through all the stories in the Unfit Hero series because I couldn’t put these books down. 4.5 stars

Definitely expected more from this

Well I gotta say I'm disappointed in this book. While this is pleasant, it just isn't as good as I expected or at the very least hoped for. It's extremely slow and drawn out. That's not alot angst in it. What little bit there is, really isn't enough to give readers the feels about all the situations that happen! Then the heroine turns into this self pitying, whining and crying person all the time. It was completely annoying, and at many points thru out the story it made me want everyone to just drop her and walk away! ( I mean seriously you can only do so much to help someone) The only good thing in this story was Louis, he was perfect. As for the short story, I would of drop that Bitch to! Then when she came crawling back ( after seeing a picture of another woman with Jesse ) I would've made her work for it. Especially after how hard he tried to be with her and she refused!

I have loved all of Hayley Faiman’s heroes in different ways for different reasons, but Louis is by far the one I have loved the most. If there ever was a man who genuinely deserved a sweet, loving, happily ever after it’s this man. If you like your men sexy and alpha but full of gentleness and respect for their women I’m here to tell you Killer is going to be your new favorite read.
I loved so much about this book. I love Tulip, her drive and spirit that just could not be broken even when she doubted herself. I loved Tulip and Louis together so much so that they soared to the top of my all time favorite couples list. But I SUPER loved Louis. I don’t think I could do him justice in trying to explain just how wonderful he is. You have to read this to full experience and feel the wonder that is Louis.

Edgy, intense, heart stopping...just a few ways to describe the newest book in this series by Ms. Faiman. Louis is larger than life but is as loyal as they come. Being a professional boxer he has an image that many believe is real, but few know the REAL Louis. Tulip sees herself as damaged, broken, definitely not good enough for anyone like Louis. She spends her days just trying to make ends meet and survive, little does she know Louis has decided he isn’t giving up on the idea of her being his woman. What follows is a series of moments that are sweet and beautiful, as well as awful and horrifying . In the end, these two people are both stronger in spirit and love than they ever imagined. After this story we also get a treat, a short story starring two supporting characters! Enjoy two perfect HEAs!

Wow. That’s the only word that comes to mind when I think about this story. I wasn’t able to write this review right away because it’s one of those books that I had to let simmer. It was packed full of emotions, had angst due to outside forces, internal struggles thay were different but Louis and Tulip had issues that made them a little closed off. Louis was more open in his yearning for Tulip, and she dealt with past years of mental abuse. I loved seeing all the characters that I already loved, and meeting some new ones. Not going to lie, I really want quite a few more books with the new secondary characters. I look forward to seeing who the next book with be about (hoping Ford). 5 stars because there just isn’t any downfalls to this book. I was hooked right from the start. #2OCCJD

Wow, there is a lot to this story. There is a couple but also a lot of mysteries and deception. I was a bit overwhelmed after the slow beginning and felt a bit of whiplash (not in a bad way, just unexpected). I went into this story expecting one thing and ended it with an entire different view. There was great action, passion, truths and lies. I liked the twists and turns and thought the author did a great job of presenting this complicated story to the reader. I have not read this author before, nor this series, but found myself very interested to read more. The characters were well developed and the plot was fresh. I really found myself addicted to find out what happened to and with Killer. I received an ARC and am leaving an honest review. 3.75 stars.

Killer was my first book by Faiman and I will definitely be looking to read more in the future. I really enjoyed the dynamics between our two main characters, not only did they draw me into the story and keep me hooked, but they showed off the authors skill at writing.

Tulip is a woman who's had it rough, but she's also doing what she can to survive. There were times I didn't sync with her as a character, but that didn't take away from my enjoyment of her story as a whole. Louis was a good man, I really enjoyed getting to know him.

This story had a decent amount of twists to keep me reading, characters that evoke many feelings, and at the basic level a strong connection between them.

Beaumont used to be my favorite of this series, but Louis Kingston just stole my heart!! His and Tulip’s story was everything I was hoping it would be. We learn of their connection, followed by it going nowhere, in the previous books. But now they get a chance to make things right. Louis is determined to show Tulip what life with him could be, while Tulip is determined to learn how to stand on her own two feet and not depend on a man for anything, least of all emotional support. I loved them coming together. They were so good for each other. It made my heart so happy to see them reconnecting and finding their path in life. I cannot wait for Ford’s story next!!! And P.S. There’s a quick story on Jesse and Laurie at the end of this one which was so cute!!

A Love Story with lots of Twists...5 Stars....
Louis and Tulip come from two different worlds, he is a fighter and a killer and she works 2 jobs to get by. Tulip is beautiful inside and out but feels like trash, she feels unworthy of Louis's love. Throw in the boss Tulip works for that gives off dark and wierd vibes. There are lots of elements in this story, lots of vengeful people out to get Tulip. A page-turner that kept me on the edge. It's a great love story and that will capture you from page one.
