Sincere regret is more than saying sorry. It becomes visible when someone listens without making excuses, accepts the consequences and tries to repair what can still be repaired.

Words may open the door to reconciliation, but only consistent behaviour proves that a lesson has truly been learned. Forgiveness cannot be demanded, and change must remain visible even when trust returns slowly.
