This book follows Talia's journey on becoming an enchantress, and the new trouble that is brewing in their world. I'm a little disappointed because I was hoping for some big magical moment where she just blows up the enemies, but nothing like that happened. The romance was all good and fun, but it felt like the purpose of this book was just to setup the next story.

I was a bit hesitant to read this book initially due to the low reviews from some readers, but I really enjoyed this book! To Claim a King is just a fun fantasy romance with a strong female character. It's not a life changing romance novel, so don't expect something earth shattering full of tears.
But if you're looking for an adventurous read with excitement, action, and love... pick this up. The story is kind of a combination of Cinderella and Xena Warrior Princess (I know- odd comparison). It's just a fun entertaining read.

I also had issues with the pace. There were moments where I thought the story really needed to speed up or it needed some dialogue. And I love steamy scenes, but it felt like some of them were done at inappropriate times. Yes, I'm disappointed, but the fantasy was pretty good.

What a fun read! Stella is a strong girl that just finished college. She knew she was meant for more in life, but she didn't expect to be from a different realm. With her mentor's guidance, she enters a new school to embrace her unknown power.
Rowan Gresham is a sexy and confident man that will melt your panties. As Stella's mentor, they spend a lot of time together, and their strong chemistry is obvious. There is some nudity in the book since people can shift into animals, but there were no erotic moments. The other students at the school were also enjoyable. Some could shift into a deer, wolf, or a crow. Didn't I tell you this realm is amazing?
The new world of Thayer is filled with so many magical creatures. It's impossible to get bored from this story. I have a lot of questions, and I can't wait to get my hands on the next book! I usually like stories with more steamy moments, so I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Wow... I was not disappointed. Move over vampires... sexy dragons are in the house!
The beginning was a little confusing for me. I was pretty much asking 'what the F are you talking about' and 'what the F does that word mean'... but I caught on quickly. It wasn't rocket science. And the story does explain things for readers that haven't read any of Ophelia's prior works.
This book really pulls at your heartstrings. Melody falls in love with both Skye and Garen, but dragon laws forbids her to be with both of them. She has to make a decision....
I instantly fell in love with both male dragons. They were so different, but they were both considerate and passionate lovers. The love making was written so well. But if you are uncomfortable with menage stories, you should probably stray away from this one.
