I'm effectively ruined and will be for quite some time after reading this book. Penelope Douglas once again proves that she's a mastermind at giving the reader everything they're unsure of, and exactly what they've been unknowingly dying for in a book. Punk 57 is a new adult title that gives angst a deliciously, torturous name. But more than the erotic tinges that will leave you breathless and the characters that will cause more than a few grays hairs is a world and story expertly built and executed.
Misha and Ryen were the best of friends... on paper. But fate had an devilish hand in bringing them face to face. A night that could have brought so much promise, ended in heartache. In more ways than one. But said heartache eventually led Misha and Ryen back to one another. In some of the most unconventional of terms, but nonetheless they were together. Whether both of them knew it or not. Yet both of them were not who the other was expecting... or wanting. But it seems they were exactly what the other needed.
Two wrong don't usually make a right, but two broken halves can make a whole. And that's exactly the narrative told.
The bob and weave, cat and mouse, push and pull of this book will have you downright cursing Penelope Douglas one minute and professing your undying gratitude that she delivered this story the next. It's the truest definition of an emotional rollercoaster if there ever was one. Ms. Douglas has once again captured my heart and soul within the pages of one of her books and I'm not so sure that Ryen and Misha will be gracious enough to give it back. In the meantime I will be reveling over the car wash, the Physics lab, and of course that damn drive-in.
Punk 57 is a top read of the year for me. Hands down. The twists I never saw coming, all the feels, and a flat out to die for explosively sexy couple all lend themselves to a one of a kind, fantastic read!

Well, I guess I really shouldn't be cursing her, she's delivered yet another freaking winner. Her Fusion series, is quickly becoming my favorite and that's saying something after her With Me in Seattle series. Blush for Me started off a little quicker and sexier than the other two books in the series. Mac and Kat have such a palpable chemistry, it would be categorized as suffocating if I didn't wallow in it and love it so darn much.
Kat brings a witty liveliness to this book that really had me quite envious and and in love with her personality. Then there's Mac... Sigh... I would fight to the death to call dibs on this man. He's just the quintessential book boyfriend. I might even go as far as to escalate him to book husband. That's a big step for me. My commitment issues are screaming, but Kristen Proby has somehow created the man I'd be willing to take the plunge for. Too bad he's fictional, such is life. But these two together, steam up the pages, and just simply made me swoon SO. FREAKING. HARD. at every turn. The cavity I go from their sweetness was definitely worth it.
Overall, a true winner and must-read. Kristen Proby proves once again she can do no wrong, and deliver the epitome of swoon-worthy and devourable books again and again, with Blush for Me. If you don't read it, you have my sympathies and angry stares, you'd be missing out for sure. As for me, I'll be idling by with my one-click finger read for the next in this saucy, sexy and sassy series!

I've never seen an author use words as both weapons and to calm the way Skye Warren does. In THE KNIGHT we're brought back to the heart-wrenching tale of Avery's life. Her virginity's been sold and taken, though the latter was completely are her own will when the time came, and Gabriel was just as willing to take it. But they weren't meant to be. Or so they thought. There was too much baggage. Life got in the way in the cruelest of possibilities. Yet, it's impossible to for their gazes to not touch, their bodies to not gravitate toward one another, and their souls to not positively demand to be close. It was the perfect and more wicked storm. But together they found their own calm, their own space away from the evil of the world that was trying to drown them.
But the real world insists on their presence. And with it comes secrets and hurt neither of them could possibly understand or expect. Will the same fate that has hung over their heads throughout this story befall these two, whom have already experienced enough heartache for a lifetime? That's a story for the next installment, but as for THE KNIGHT you better hold on to your favorite BOB and learn to regulate your heart, because the last 20% of this book alone will blow your ever-loving mind. Skye Warren, thanks for the most epic of book hangovers, love!

GAH!! No one author should be able to capture so much of my heart! Yet, Aurora Rose Reynolds does it every time. I should be sick of it by now, but eaGAH!! No one author should be able to capture so much of my heart! Yet, Aurora Rose Reynolds does it every time. I should be sick of it by now, but each over-the-top sexy alpha male and each strong, wily heroine just wraps my heart in a sea of warm fuzzies and I could die a very happy, happy, girl within the pages. Until Ashlyn takes overbearing alpha male to a whole new level and I LOVED IT. Dillon and Ashlyn could not have been more swoon worthy in this book. They fight, play and love the hardest and in my opinion possibly have the biggest BOOM to date among the Until books.
Everything about this book worked for me. It had equal parts emotion and lust between Ashlyn and Dillon, plus a scary tinge of mystery and suspense that dropped my heart like a rock, then it turned around with the sweetness and laughter-filled chemistry among all of the characters. I really could not have asked for a better story for Ashlyn, but what's left of the rubble in this book is the story of Kim and Sage that I am dying for. I need it like I need water and oxygen. And that's my feelings for ARR's books in a nutshell. She leaves you dying for more. I have become more wholly invested in these characters and their lives than I am with my own family at times, they just feel so real and my heart always gets excited to visit the Until world.
Bottom line: buy the book. Now. I'll wait and then we can hold hands and skip afterwards while reminiscing about how deliciously yummy and MINE Dillon Keck is :)

I'm a massive fan of Marie Force's Quantum series. However, I honestly thought nothing could top Hayden and Addie's story (I'm a sucker for the reluctance to love/epic sexual tension storyline). But then Ellie and Jasper walk in. And from the first page I knew I was in BIG trouble. Nothing gets to me quite like chemistry that has the force of a mack truck, and a hero with a filthy mouth and an accent to die for. Suffice to say that Ravenous made ME ravenous for more. I just couldn't get enough of Jasper and Ellie. There's was an unexpected coupling, but one that made all the sense in the world once Ms. Force delved deeper into their characters.
I honestly might have wept a little bit when I finished this book. I wanted, no, needed more. If you're looking for a book that brings eroticism to a new level and delivers a story with a multitude of alluring facets, look no further. Ravenous truly has it all. It could have so easily been a cheesy story, but leave it to this author to be able to bring a dimension to these characters no one was expecting and put forth an incredible work that had me gasping until the bittersweet end.
For me this is one of the best reads of the year so far. A true must-read for everyone. And though it is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, though I highly enjoyed knowing the previous couples and characters from the books before while reading this one. Marie Force has set the bar rather high with Ravenous and I'll be anticipating the next fantastic installment!

From beginning to end Set the Pace proves to be a novel that will capture the attention of masses and leave the wowed. An erratic, intense meld of heartbreak, mystery and love. This book through me for loop after loop. As most of Kim Karr's book do, but this one landed in a category all its own. And one that I strongly doubt will be outdone in amazing-ness anytime soon.
Jasper and Charlotte used to be inseparable. JJ and Charlie, all day, every day. Each other's saviors and lifelines. Until date and their parents took it out of their control and altered their futures irrevocably. A friendship that could have grown and blossomed into a heart-melting love dashed away because of selfish antics, and wrong decisions. So they went along in the now-hardened lives and when life throws them together again it's a fight to find those two innocent souls they were before the tragedy. Yet, somehow despite the past and the present they find each other. They find the two people they were meant to be together if life hadn't cruelly gotten in the way. But how many times must life foolishly and awfully tear them apart before they give up on each other? That is the story told in Set the Pace. A wicked mix of twisted turns and stolen, precious moments make up a tortuously sinful, and thrilling story.
I am a broken record when it comes to Kim Karr's books. I say every book is better than the rest, but who am I to change the tune that still rings true? With each new adventure this author takes us on she develops even more twisted and brilliant plots that continually keep her readers guessing and flabbergasted. It's a never ending whirlwind in a Kim Karr book and Set the Pace is no different. But more so, it might have surpassed its predecessors in all departments: Sexier? Check. More shocking? Double check. Engaging? By the number of times I gasped out loud (sometimes in public mind you) I would say I was more present in this story than in reality for the past 72 hours. This book is dazzling. I think that's a good descriptor for it. Dazzling in ways that readers in the romance world strive to find and love to devour.
Set the Pace is a must read. Hands down, I demand you go get the book and become just as entranced as I did in the fast-paced and wild world that Ms. Karr has created. Fall in love with Charlotte and Jasper. Learn their faults, and love their moments and memories, and find out why they're beyond perfect together, and revel in the relationship that will steal your breath. This book will deliver epically. And I just know that readers will lose their minds over the story that starts in Set the Pace and will conclude with Turn it Up (which I will be counting down the day until as I'm in a sever bookhangover.) So go forth, enjoy and absorb the greatness that is Set the Pace.

Well, here's mI am going to go out on a limb and say this is the best book Katy Evans has ever written. I know, I know how could I do that to Remy??? Well, here's my answer: Remy will ALWAYS old a very special place in my heart, and every damn time Iris comes on the radio or my phone I am overcome with emotions for Brooke and Remy. But Legend is an epically, stunning novel. Ms. Evans has created a legacy with Maverick and Reese. These two instill the happiness, hope and faith the the characters will eternally stay with readers. It's a bittersweet, tear-inducing book that I could not have asked to be better. It's just not possible. Remy and Brooke are ever-present as they groom the new generation hot, steamy, sweet, all-consuming fighter and his girl couple.
Maverick learns the very best lesson from Remy - you do it for her and your love and you life. Not to prove yourself to others. Not for the money. And not for spite. It's a tough lesson to learn. Maverick and Reese are just the epic couple. They're not perfect, but they're perfect together, and what really touched me was the active hand that Brook and Remy had in this book. The passing of the torch. The lessons and love learned.
Katy Evans could not have ended this series better. While I would give anything for the series to continue on with more Remy, Brooke, Racer and the whole group, it's come to an end in the most spell-bounding way. A note for readers: PLEASE read Katy's note at the end of the book. It offers a bit more insight to where the characters are after The End. Also this book is a standalone. While you will enjoy it much more if you have read the previous books, it stands just as well on its own two feet.
As I said, it's a bittersweet, but highly impressive and heart melting end to what was already a stunning series. You will not, and CANNOT miss this book. So go forth and devour the book that I'm sure will have readers talking for months. As for me, I'm naming this and early top favorite of 2016. It will take massive amounts of amazing-ness to top it. ...more

Dirty Sexy Saint combines two of my all time favorite authors Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde in their new venture to bring readers a sultry, erotic and engaging series. And they achieved every point on that list. This book was much more than I anticipated. It was well-written, sexy to the point of I needed a fan, and sweet in surprising ways.
Clay and Samantha have a chance meeting when she walks into his bar. And surprisingly this tough, sexy as sin bar owner opens up his home to the (at the time) poor little rich girl. But soon enough he's opening his heart and she's showing the world, and Clay, what's she's truly made of. It would have been so easy for Samantha to fall from the luxury of her upbringing into Clay's waiting arms. Yet, she is out for so much more in life. Love, Success, and Pride. But the past and their new-found feelings have a different future in mind.
This book will have you laughing and fully invested in this cast of characters. I am just dying to read about Clay's brothers, and I would even love to hear more from Clay and Samantha as they begin their life together. If you're in the mood for a quick, inticing and sinful read look no further. This pair of authors know how to deliver a romance reader's dream book and I guarantee you will be falling for Dirty Sexy Saint just as hard as I did!

This book enabled the characters to grow far and beyond the reader's expectations. Holly and her new billionaire husband, Creighton Karas start off the book on a rocky road. One I wasn't convinced they should or were going to pursue, but they did and it was so good it hit me right in the feels. Creighton is the most giving, lovable alpha I've read before. You've heard the excuses of alphas being assholes before. You don't need those excuses for Creighton, he's just there, being wonderful. And Holly's there being wonderfully strong right along with him. And then shit hits the fan.
The secret busted open in Dirty Pleasures sets up a parallel to book one. And as much as it is the same outcome, it's so different. Because Holly goes from running in spite to running despite. Creighton and Holly have fallen in a epic, delicious love. It was a journey I wanted to wallow in. I can't get enough of these characters. They make me love, make me cry, and make me furious right alongside them. It's an all-consuming book. Book one hit me hard, but this one just floored me. It's so wonderfully wicked, erotic, and sweet at the same time.
IF you haven't begun Holly and Creighton's story - start it. Now. I'll wait. You've started it? Good. Now enjoy that wonderful goodness, and try not to be too stung when you reach the end of Dirty Pleasures because it will rip your heart out. But I have every confidence the conclusion to the trilogy will be so worth the wait! I highly encourage a read of this series, it's really magnificent.

This book is going to one of those books that stay with me for quite some time. Sawyer Bennett has created a new level of eroticism, romanticism, and sinful delight with Wicked Lust. This book is built on the trope of lies will destroy. And oh boy will they. It's a train wreck waiting to happen, but on the journey there you will be scandalized and love every minute.
Cain and Sloan are explosive at best, and thrilling at their worst. They're terrifically wrapped up in the most epic lust story of all time, but when true emotions breakthrough and every bit of foundation they've built their lives on begins to shimmy and shake, the drama will be just as explosive as their sexcapades.
Fair warning this book is NOT for the faint of heart. With a steamy menage, and some serious erotic moments solely between Cain and Sloane I wouldn't be surprised if this book spontaneously combusted. This is one of those books that whisks you away from reality and plants in you in a fantasy land. One where any fantasy is likely to come true. This book just cements my love of this series and there are so many more men from The Wicked Horse/The Silo that I just HAVE to read about. These men are sexy as sin, but when they fall, they fall harder than most. And every bit of seeing the demise of Woolf and Cain into true love is a delight.

Downright took me by my make believe cojones and strung me up. First Touch is THAT book. The one that leaves you feeling so perplexed about EVERYTHING that you don't know whether you hate it or love it. I think I loved it. Did I? How the heck should I know. But I'm so flabbergasted, that I can't believe I did anything but love it. It kept be up until 4 am reading and when I finished I shouted every profanity in my repertoire and then made some up.
Emily and Reeve are explosive. In and or themselves there's a lot of turmoil, hate, affection, uneasiness. These two have the market cornered on messed up, confused, and erotic. What a place to be!
I will warn readers that this is not an easy read. It is dark. Really dark. And sometimes the graphic detail of Emily's past went too far for me. But again, this is that book that gets a hall pass for putting me out of my comfort zone. I was so highly engaged and riveted. Every part of this book was a train wreck waiting to happen, and wreck it did. This way, that way. And it left my heart and nerves shattered.
So do you pick up this book? Maybe. If you're in the mood to be taken for a ride, and tossed around a big, absolutely. I want to say prepare yourself, but there's no possible way you can. Just dive in and relish in the yo-yo storyline that is Emily and Reeve's beginning.

The beginning to this twistyWith each Kim Karr book my excitement and enjoyment reaches new levels. Crush had big shoes to fill on the heels of Blow. The beginning to this twisty, dark and thrilling series sure made an impact on me and I could not wait for the follow-up. So many unanswered questions, so much, mystery and so much romance left to explore. And holy hell, did Ms. Karr deliver. Crush fulfilled every ounce of my need for something bigger and better to read. With a unique and utterly devious plot, this book astounded me to no end. And let us not forget the devil himself, Logan, who brought all the dirty talking, and full-on eroticism that one would expect from a novel as sexy and intense as this one.
I will say, yet again, you will never see the end coming. You just won't. I say that about all of Kim Karr's books, I pride myself on spotting a hint a mile away, but this lady gives off NOTHING. While also making the surprises make utterly perfect sense. I don't know how she manages it, but I was left flabbergasted, befuddled and giddy when I read "The End". Logan and Elle were left with the worst of all circumstances at the end of Blow, yet somehow it ended up going downhill from there. Well, from a "is this seriously happening" way, as far as their relationship was concerned they've got bonds that tie them so tight together the most renowned scientists wouldn't be able to break them apart.
Crush is one of those books that's high-tension, action-packed, and the only way to read it is to devour it. Which of course is what I did. I inhaled this book. From the gasp-worthy turns the plot took, to the sigh-worthy moments that made up Elle and Logan's relationship both in and out of bed. I couldn't get enough, and it was truly like a bad habit I couldn't kick. I had to know what, who when, where and above all else WHY. I got those answers and so much more. It was heart-achingly, breathtakingly, mind-numbingly good. THIS my dear readers is how you get a book hangover. It's a well versed read, and a marvelous one on top of that. I highly encourage you all to pick of the Tainted Love duet and lose yourself in this seductive and dangerous world.

This is that book. Dare to Seduce dives into Lucy and Max's story. I have been JONESING for their story. The unrequited, yet miraculously requited, just avoided due to tortuous pasts love story was exactly what I wanted. I am a sucker for the brother's best friend book, but Dare to Seduce delivered a whole new dimension to it. A whole new layer of angst, and warm fuzzies that I reveled in. Let it be known that while I may have raved about the previous Dare to Love books this ones holds my heart within its grasps so tightly I don't think I'll get over it anytime soon.
Ms. Phllips yet again let's her strength for welled-up passion, and knife-twisting emotions soar in this book. Max and Lucy were hotter than hot, and each had such a story and baggage to overcome it took a lot of leaping and bounding as far as their character growth went. These two were in for a tough fight and fought as hard and deep as possible. The end result was nothing short of fascinating to watch. I literally felt like I was watching two close friends fall into a love that had been there for years and embrace it wholeheartedly.
What I hate and love about this series is the realness of it. I sincerely have a place in my heart for these characters and would love to see more from each of them. And while I do speak of the series as a whole each book is standalone. Though, why you wouldn't read all of them is far above my understanding. Dare to Seduce is a solid and above 5 star book for me. It gave me every satisfaction I was hoping for from the glimpses of Lucy and Max. If you're looking for an intense, yet fun-loving and steaming, burning hot read, you just found your next willing participant!

One that I devoured, much like the previous books in the Dare to Love series. Yet, where the others packed an emotional wallop, this one had an essence of sweet contentment that was very much welcome. Given that this is a second chance novel (one of my faves), I was expecting the angst and drama factors to be high. However Grey and Avery seem to be two of the most adult people I've read in any romance book lately. So level-headed, and able to get past the BS and enjoy the time they had.
This was simply a book a rediscovering a love lost, and in a way beginning a life you always knew you were meant to have. Grey and Avery fell in love in their teen years, but they both a dreams and obstacles to overcome. They were just too young. And with that came the understanding and sorrow of why Grey left, and how Avery moved on and coped. They both took to their strengths and became sensations in their own right. When Grey came back, there was acceptance, and the feel of it finally being their time. Of course, being in the spotlight comes with some drama, and foes, so there is always an underlying evil trying to tear them apart... It was how they handled those instances that made me fall in love with this couple.
Grey and Avery were pure enjoyment. Reading to their HEA made my heart full and happy. And when Avery took her stand against her father - big fist pumping during that scene. If there's any doubt of her strength during this book, that will smash the theory to pieces. All in all, Dare to Rock was one of those feel-good books. The one you can read to put your mind at rest and just enjoy reading for the relaxation instead of the thrill. Yes, in the midst of said sweet story, you're still delivered a dirty talking alpha, with a health obsession for his woman. It's the perfect blend of sweet and raunchy and a book I'd recommend to anyone looking for an enthralling read!

Callie and WoolSawyer Bennet is fast becoming one of my FAVORITE authors. This book is so freaking sexy, and thrilling, I could not get enough of it. Callie and Woolf have reunited after years of separation, a separation that that was born of humility for Callie and the need to tamp down his passion for Woolf. These two have a chemistry so explosive, my cheeks heated when they were simply in the same room. Callie is a prim and proper lady, daughter of the governor and sister to Woolf's best friend who has since passed on. But to this day Woolf can't even entertain the idea of dirtying Callie up with his sinful thoughts.
The years have passed, they've both grown up, and funny enough, Callie seems to be everything Woolf needs, but nothing that he thinks he wants. This woman test his patience. And when he finally gives in and invites her into his world... all hell breaks loose. Well, that is, after all the yummy goodness, and kink goes on that gets the temperature rising and the orgasms flowing.
This book really gripped me. I was so consumed by the passion and trials Woolf and Callie brought to the table, and their journey throughout the book kept hold of my attention and heart from start to finish. By far, this is my favorite Ms. Bennett book to date. It's gritty, raw, animalistic at times, and tender in others. It's truly the best of both worlds. An entertaining and thoughtful read, and the smutty goodness I love. This is a standalone novel, and one well worth your time and money! I urge you to grab this sucker up pronto!

I really can't get enough of them. Bleeding Love evokes every feel, awakes every drop of passion, and left me floored (in the best way possible).
Bleeding Love continues with the adventures of the children of the Corps Security men. Liam (Beck's son) gives readers a deja vu feeling with his resolute attitude toward Megan. She's his and that's all there is to it. For Megan it isn't that easy. She has a daughter to support, and a past she's running from. The past may not be actively chasing her, but the not-so distant memories of soul-crushing heartbreak and being broken are ever present. Shutting her off from the world. Until Liam come knocking down every barrier and claiming her and her daughter, Molly, as his own. But when Megan doesn't even have a whole heart to give how can she even begin to move on? Just leave it to a Beckett, stubborn as they are, to take upon the uneasy and impossible task of making Megan whole again. His love, his passion, his everything is hers. And he's not willing to accept it back.
This book has all. the. feels. I was so entranced in this book, I got quite angry when I came to the end. I wanted it to keep going! Forever! But I se many a venture back to Liam and Megan's world in glimpses as this series progresses, so that alleviates the sting... somewhat. To get to the point though, I am in love. This book could not have been any better. The super alpha male, with a filthy mouth. The absolute explosive lust and love coming from out hero and heroine. And the story which gripped me from start to finish. This is a quite memorable, and beautiful book.

I'm going to be quite frank with you all, I was dreading this book. Given how book 1 left off we saw a glimpse into Paige and Sawyer and their tortureI'm going to be quite frank with you all, I was dreading this book. Given how book 1 left off we saw a glimpse into Paige and Sawyer and their tortured past and I just was not ready to deal with this. I didn't think there was a way to redeem Sawyer. But, alas, Ms. Wilde has never once steered me wrong in one of her books, and being a long-time reader of hers I knew I had to read this book anyways. So I dove in. And thank goodness I did. Remember, folks: Don't judge a book by its cover, and don't jump to conclusions! I know, pot, meet kettle. This book turned out to be quite steamy, thoroughly enjoyable, and even sweet. It's the sweet erotica that this author does so well. Sweet and kinky. I'm not sure how she pulls it off. It's a talent, I must admit.
Playing with Pleasure is the second installment in the Players Club series. With Paige and Sawyer, there's a bit of past we get to revisit during the book. They were young lovers once, and then a goblin (as she will be called, her real name is Ashley and she's Paige's step-sister) decided to butt in and ruin everything in one of the cruelest ways possible. But when these two are once again thrown together, in a sex club, of all places, the dynamite attraction between them will not be ignored. The question is, will Paige choose to ignore her heart too? Her heart that has been trampled by this man once before, and the heart that is shouting at her for some kind of protection. Caution is thrown to the wind, and thankfully so. Especially when the details of their fated night come to light. It's on big familial drama. And let me just say, the goblin gets what the goblin deserves. And she deserves so much more than what was handed to her.
Paige and Sawyer were too sickeningly cute for words. Both strong, and willing to fight for each other this time around. Both gaining the courage they didn't have years ago. And both coming together in the throes of passion, a passion that is far more adventurous than they used to be and their relationship thrives off of it. I quite enjoyed seeing this all play out. Given my hesitancy, I couldn't be more excited to be wrong, and for this couple to emote the strength and passion Erika Wilde is known for in her books. A highly enjoyable read, and left me WANTING and NEEDING more from this series!

Hold on a minute before you launch the grenade. Only because, every time I read one of her books she absolutely destroys my heart and she's ruined me for other books/authors. Settle in because I'm going to wax poetic for a second: her books (and Toxic is NO exception) drag you in, seduce you, break you heart, and give you the warm and fuzzies. They're fresh-voiced, creative, and astounding. Toxic in its own right is sitting prettily at the top of my favorite books of 2015 list right now. Did you see the 6 stars I rated this? Self-explanatory, but I'm going to do some explaining anyways ;)
Toxic is a second-chance, angsty, super sexy, blow-your-mind masterpiece. The one thing that it carries over from its predecessors in Ms. Karr's repertoire, is the spiderweb complications that you could never see coming, yet thoroughly enjoy. Jeremy and Phoebe have another shot at their happily ever after. Yet, when the love of your young life who broke your heart becomes the love of your adult life those scars re-open and demand to be healed properly. For both Jeremy and Phoebe, there's trust issues, and rightly so. But when past presents deeper secrets than they even realized, and a present-day douchenozzle is trying to ruin your plans for happiness, things get a little complicated. The doubt manifest and the hurt rolls over their hearts once again. Can they fully heal? Can they learn from their mistakes? Or is it all just too much to bear once more?
Sigh. I just love it. I couldn't get enough of it. The world of Toxic, the characters, the sex, the relationship. were all sublime and mesmerizing. I'd pay a pretty penny for more books set in this world. A certain trip to the alter we didn't see? A certain best friend who's love life was left balancing on a cliff? Yes, please to all of those. But before I get ahead of myself, back to Toxic. The more I read the more that I saw Jeremy and Phoebe weren't Toxic together. Quite the opposite. It was their worlds and certain people in them, and those people's actions that were toxic. Toxic in a way that did ruin Phoebe and Jeremy, and the only ones awarded for any reconciliation that happened was their own strength and love.
And let's talk about the writing. The writing as mentioned before is extremely fresh-voiced. When you have an author who writes a journey where every moment is a clue, every kiss has a meaning, and every soul-shattering and love-infused word strikes chord deep in her readers heart, that's pure talent. I'll be honest, I read so many books, I find myself skipping over the "boring parts," unfortunately, or fortunately when you delve into Toxic you better intend to sit there until you read the word "The End" because every page enthralls you. With that said, YES, I recommend this book and would urge everyone to go devour it pronto!
