The Tate Brothers series solidly has my heart, but this youngest brother’s story is my absolute favorite. Unlike Milo, who is a closet author, I don’t have the words to express just how much this story resonated with me.
Rose is a single mom living in a completely opposite world from Milo, but when he helps her play a prank on her awful boss, a spark of attraction and interest ignites. Months later, their worlds collide again and this time, there are casualties of the heart.
The Summer of Rose and Milo grasped my heart and never let go. I was stunned by the instantaneous connection these two had and the easy way they fell head-over-heels (right alongside yours truly), knowing it would come to an end. Little toddler Callum stole my heart with his chubby cuteness and every page of this tale held a sense of foreboding and a sensation of true love and swoon. Rose only wants to change the unfortunate patterns of her family–she’s strong and has the determination to do so, while Milo just wants to be recognized for who and what he truly is. Seeing them meshed together, consistent and concrete in their dreams and realities, spoke to my soul. I couldn’t get enough of this bittersweet love story and become their biggest cheerleaders.
Letter writing, guessing a middle name, Thorin the golden retriever, fantasy books, secret identity, close knit family, settling into a charming routine, swoon-filled kisses, and more made this one an unforgettable story.

I’m impossibly head-over-heels for Hank and Bonnie’s story! This whole series about this rag-tag friend group is on my favorites list.
Bonnie is a big-time actress who is the star in an upcoming movie based on a murder-mystery book written by Henry (aka Hank). The way they meet is a dream come true and their brilliant character personalities come alive so vividly in this story. I was hooked on this shining star and reclusive hermit from the very beginning and desperately craved every single interaction they offered. I LOVE a romance between a celebrity and a normal person and I LOVE a book within a book. See how perfect this one is?
These characters are so multifaceted and it was sweet to see how they each have issues and trauma to work through, yet they are the most beautiful, complementary duo together. Hank’s five friends had me laughing, as did the fake-to-more contract. Text threads and video calls, mysterious set issues and oh, so swoony kisses make this one a story not to be missed. The Hollywood gossip articles made me eager to discover the source and this friend group? They are everything! Although this can be read as a stand-alone, I love how interconnected this author's series are.
I could go on and on and on professing my extreme and undying love for this book.

I can't even with this Sweater Weather series! This book sang to my heart and whispered sweet little nothings to my soul and I couldn't get enough.

Right off the bat, Tasha connected with me. Hello! She's a bookstagrammer, an avid reader, and she adores everything about the autumn season. But best of all? She totally fan-girls over her favorite author and what happens when she goes to meet her virtual book friends and said author had me laughing, swooning, and lapping up every droplet of French charm that I could get my eyes on.
Pierre is every reader's dream...and more. He oozes magnetic appeal and I was crushing as hard as Tasha.
"Those dimples are a crime. They are definitely making me want to do illegal things right now."
Savannah Scott delivers a believable, modern-day, marriage-of-convenience and I was shocked at how invested I was. The honeymoon scene had me laughing soooo hard. Besides the undeniable attraction and connection between Pierre and Tasha, I think Rene almost stole the show. He is an extremely hilarious, yet supportive, best friend.
From start to finish, this book was everything I dreamed it would be. Yay for crossover characters and for a brilliantly engaging and delightful plot.
