Die wirkten auf mich einfach zu gekünstelt. Niemand spricht im echten Leben so. Vielleicht liegt das nur an mir, aber mich stört sowas enorm, und dadurch hat sich das Buch für mich leider nicht besonders flüssig lesen lassen. It started off really strong, and I honestly thought it could end up being a five-star read. I absolutely loved the chemistry between Sid and Ty in the beginning! But the moment the characters started sleeping with each other (and quite a lot lol), the book just lost its spark for me. I do appreciate that it's not just another simple romance—it deals with heavier topics like grief and depression, and that's just so, so important. The constant back and forth toward the end kind of dampened my overall reading experience, though. I'll still keep an eye out for any new books by the author. I really enjoyed the writing style and definitely want to read more!...more
