I’ve been in a rut and haven’t read a book in a long time, but I couldn’t put this one down once I started.
I loved both Clay and Jethro and they had amazing chemistry. This is an extremely slow burn, but the UST was so thick you could cut it with a knife.
I don’t usually care for flashbacks in stories, but they worked here. They gave you a look into their past, without interrupting the flow of the story.
While I enjoyed the story, I wish there had been a bit more focus on the romance and less on the hockey. I loved Clay and Jethro together, but I wanted more of them as a couple on-page.
The story was well-written and flowed well. It had some great secondary characters and I loved getting to catch up with the other “Hockey Guys”.
This was an enjoyable read, filled with plenty of Hockey, family, friendships, and romance. Definitely a recommendable read and I can’t wait to see what Ms. Bowen has in store for us next.

I loved both Zane and Ryan and they were super sweet together. Neither man has had much experience with romance and relationships, so it was nice to watch them explore their feelings both emotionally and physically.
This was an enjoyable read that was a great addition to this series. I loved getting to catch up with the members of the brotherhood and their significant others. This was a recommendable read.

I’m going to start by sayingI don’t get the whole nudist thing. I’m not knocking anyone who practices it, just saying that I find it strange, but to each their own, no judgment here.
Both Penn and Madden were likable and I loved their closeness, both as friends and lovers. Once Penn finally figures out his feelings and acts on them, not everything is smooth sailing. There were a few bumps in the road, but I loved that they worked through those issues together.
This was a well-written story and although it is part of a series and the previous couples do feature pretty heavily, it was still comfortable enough to read as a standalone.
This was an enjoyable, unique, sweet, and funny story filled with lots of friendship, laughter, love, and a bit of angst to keep you turning the pages. Definitely recommendable!

I loved Tully, but it took me some time to warm up to Dev. He was kind of an ass to Tully in the beginning. They did have great chemistry, though, and I absolutely loved the tender moments between them.
Dev’s daughter, Lellie, was absolutely adorable and I loved the sweet moments between her, Tully, and Dev. There were incredibly sweet moments between her and both men, individually, as well as the three of them together. They made such a sweet little insta-family and I just melted at times.
This was an interesting plot and for the most part, it was well done. My issue was that the resolution felt anticlimactic. There’s all this lead up and I wanted to see the Scott’s, Lellie’s mom’s parents, and Tully’s boss, get their comeuppance on page. I wanted to see Dev have his day in court.
This was a great addition to the series and while I’ve only read one of the other books, something I plan to rectify, it read fine as a standalone. I never once felt lost for having not read one of the books in the series.
This was an enjoyable read that I’d have no issues recommending!

This was a very enjoyable read. It had drama, angst, suspense, mystery, romance, and was even a little steamy. I loved that the author started the story with her experiences of seeing the helicopters, and her interest in learning about them, while working at the White House. It was an educational and intriguing preface.
A mistaken invitation to a White House party sets the scene for our main characters to meet. The two lock eyes several times over the night before Beau brazenly walks up to Jake and offers him a blow job. Jake accepts the offer. Te mystery and romance start from there. This story was just on the cusp of being labeled an instalove. Events after the party take place rather quickly. Jake and Beau had really good chemistry. The story was sweet and romantic. The flow was off through. In the beginning it moved kind of fast, then it drug a bit in the middle. Once we get to the last 15% things speed up and get exciting.
The plot to the story was very interesting and I loved the romance, mystery, and suspense. This book had a LOT of sex in it. These guys went at it like rabbits, but none of it is really explicit. In fact most of the sex is fade to black. I loved Jake's relationship with his neighbor's son. This book had me cracking up at times. I really enjoyed reading this story. This is my first book by EM, but I'll be checking out more!

It was a real joy to get to know Finn and Cameron. They were both such sweet guys and they fit together like pieces of a puzzle.
I liked Cam, but I absolutely adored Finn, and the fact that he had practically no filter between what was in his head and what came out of his mouth, well, that kept me chuckling throughout the majority of the story.
But my heart also broke for him at times, because he was so petrified of losing everything if anyone were to find out he was gay.
I loved how Cam knew just what to do and say to keep him calm. He knew when to push, but also, when to give Finn space.
I adored watching Cam attempt to teach Finn to skate, poor Finn! These guys had amazing chemistry and were super hot together.
They also had a great support system once the crap began to hit the fan. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by Finn’s agent. He was actually on Finn’s side and supported him, something that’s rare in these types of stories.
This was a well-written and enjoyable read, that I’d definitely have no issues recommending. It’s a great start to the new series, and I’m looking forward to book two later this year!

Having just been cheated on and broken up with his boyfriend, he heads to Miami to escape the paparazzi.
Business is moving along smoothly, until Mac volunteers Drew to let Noah shadow him on the job for a few weeks. To say Drew isn't happy is the understatement of the century. He's even more unhappy when he finds himself attracted to Noah. Drew is looking for the real thing and isn't sure he wants the real thing to pass him by while he's busy with a casual fling. Noah can't commit to more than a casual fling.
Oh Boy!!! I hate doing this, and I know some of my friends may hate me after this, but here goes. After reading book one, Stay With Me, and LOVING it, well let's just say I was beyond excited when I saw this one was coming out. I couldn't wait to get it. I preordered it! I never preorder books. I might have even squealed a bit! I think the first mistake the author made was starting the story with Noah. Starting with an unknown character is fine, if both characters are unknown. But when you have a known and likable character like Drew, you should start there. Maybe this was to get to know Noah, but I think the book would have fared better had the author introduced us to Noah, at the same time he met Drew. It took forever for Drew and Noah to even meet, then even longer for their first real scene together. We learn a lot about Drew, and really this felt like his book. Noah had some POV's, but this was mostly told from Drew's POV, and this left Noah feeling much more like a secondary character. While I loved Drew, I never connected with Noah, and to be honest, I didn't find a whole lot of chemistry between the two.
This book was long and there was no action to keep you entertained. At times I felt the book would never end. The flow of the book was off. It was all over the place at times. It jumped from scene to scene with no rhyme or reason.
This book was NOT horrible. It had moments of brilliance and I loved the snarkyness and humor of the MC's. It just needed to be either a lot shorter or it needed action. The last 15% or so was probably the best of the book flow wise. I'm really torn with how to rate this book, because I did love parts of it.
I'll be perfectly honest and say, some of the best parts of this book involved Mac. He made it worth this long and tedious read. I really hope the author will consider a sequel to Mac and Jordan's story. Even though this book wasn't my greatest love, I like the authors humor and I'll definitely be looking for more in the future.
Please take my review with a grain of salt. I saw some rave reviews, but I just felt it needed something more.

I wasn't so sure about this book when I first started reading it. The first scene, The Prologue, takes place at Graham's twin brother, Rupert4.5 Stars
I wasn't so sure about this book when I first started reading it. The first scene, The Prologue, takes place at Graham's twin brother, Rupert's, wedding. In the first couple of pages the author mentions/references like about 5 or 6 people, and I was ready to close the book. It was confusing, but once we get past the first couple of chapters we begin to not only learn who some of these people are, but the focus of the story turns towards the main characters. I looked at Goodreads and even though this is the first book in the series, it looks like this is a spinoff of another series.
When his uncle passes away, BC, a retired rugby player, inherits not only his evil little dog, Zeus, a 5 pound Yorkie, but the family inn, as well. Graham is a traveling writer. He travels around the world having adventures and writing about them. The two hook-up at Rupert's wedding, thinking they'll never see one another again, but when Graham shows up at BC's inn, sparks fly again.
I absolutely loved this book. I loved both Graham and BC from the first time they met, and as the story moves forward I fell more and more in love with them. I especially loved BC, I loved that he instinctively knew what Graham needed. He knew when to hover and when to leave him be. When to make him laugh and when to be serious, and seriousness wasn't a big part of this story. It's loaded with laugh out loud moments of teasing, name calling and slap stick like comedy. This story deals with a very serious illness, but the author handled it realistically, yet with a humor that kept you from sobbing your eyes out.
The story is well-written and although a little slow-paced in places, it was an extremely enjoyable read filled with laughter, love and a little steamy sex, as well. This is my first book by this author, but if this is any indication of what her writing-style is like, I'll be checking out her backlist of MM books, and I'm definitely looking forward to more in the future! Highly recommended!!

After reading the blurb I was really intrigued. I’ve read a few stories featuring psychics and one that is tuned into homes, like Sasha, was interesting and not a subject matter I’d read about in the past.
Sasha and Nick were both interesting and likable men and what I found most interesting, and different about the story was that both men were struggling financially, so there was no clear or easy way I could see for them to get out of their predicaments, so along with being an enjoyable read, it was a bit angsty as well.
The story is well-written and I loved not only Sasha and Nick, but Nick’s brothers and parents as well. Sasha and Nick had great chemistry and I loved that Nick, who was just a bit bi-curious before meeting Sasha, accepted his sexuality so easily.
I’m hoping that the author will revisit this 'verse and maybe write Nick’s brother, Steven's story. He was an interesting character and I think he needs his happy ending, too!
This was a cute and recommendable read!

This was an interesting story. The story had a good plot, but the flow needed help. I think the book needed a few more chapters. The romance between the main characters didn't feel like it progressed naturally. I think less time could have been spent on Ray and his new employer and more time should have been spent with Anton. I wanted to know more about not only him, but them as a couple. I'm not sure how to say it, except, and I can't believe I am saying this. The book needed more of an inner dialogue to let me know how Ray felt about Anton. We only catch a glimpse, and I think the book needed more. I needed to know more about Anton.
It also ended way too abruptly. The mystery solved and bam, epilogue! Huh?!?! I needed something between. I needed closure. I just needed more.
Those are the negative things, now for the positives. What's here is well written, it draws you in and keeps you turning the pages, but as I said, it needed more. Ray was a likable character. Anton was an interesting and unique character. He was in his own little world. They are polar opposites, but somehow seemed to fit.
This is my first book by this author, and I'd try more :)

My heart absolutely broke for Easton and all that he’d been through, as well as the way he’d been treated by his father. I didn’t like his dad in Morgan’s story, but I wanted to give him a push off a cliff in Easton’s book.
I adored Archer and I loved that he knew what Easton needed. He didn’t let Easton push him away, he stuck by him and just loved him. I also liked that Archer’s love didn’t automatically heal Easton, he had to work through his issues. This aspect of the story was handled nicely.
I enjoyed watching Easton, Morgan, and Rhett attempt to heal their relationship and I’m hoping to see them become a closer family unit throughout Rhett’s story.
This was an enjoyable and well-written story. Definitely recommendable.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but I'm sorry to say this one isn't going to be good. I loved the blurb, and couldn't wait to dig in. I love a good friends to lovers story. This story was smoking hot from the first scene, so I had really high hopes for a sweet and steamy story.
Ashton has been in love with Lance, his best friend since high school and his current roommate. Lance is an exotic dancer at a night club where they both work. Ashton also attends college and has another part time job working for one of his professors. Lance is a manwhore, and Ashton lives in a constant state of jealousy towards the other guys Lance so freely gives his body to.
As I said this book starts off smoking hot!! There is a chemistry between the main characters from the get go. You could feel it coming off the pages at you. Unfortunately, the author didn't take advantage of this. Ashton and Lance have two scenes together in this book. One at the very beginning, and one at the very end of the book. The rest of the book is filled with Lance and Ashton interacting with other secondary characters, or locked inside their own inner thoughts.
I could have lived with this and some of the other weird and slightly uncomfortable scenes in the book, and still given the book a higher rating, if not for the end. This book is chalk full of sex. Talk about sex. Thinking about sex. Imagining sex. Sexual acts between secondary characters. Yet, as soon as the main characters are going to finally relieve some of the sexual angst and frustration this book has caused me, the book abruptly ends. I was left holding my iPad, flipping pages and saying wtf?!?!
I was left really unsatisfied with the end of this book. It was too abrupt and left me unsatisfied and wanting to know what happened And I'm not just talking about the sex. What happens to Ashton and Lance as a couple. Some of this book was good, but I was left scratching my head at the end.

I liked both Connor and Neil, but what I couldn’t quite figure out was why Neil hated Connor so much! But Connor didn’t give up on Neil and he worked himself into his heart. Once the hate turned to love, they were great together. They had good chemistry and were such a great support system for one another.
This was not only a nice romance, but the mystery portion of the story was interesting, as well. Although this book can be read as a standalone, it’s probably best to read them in order, because there is a story arc that ties everything together.
This story closed out the series nicely and was an enjoyable and recommendable read!

Tracy: Wow, this was an amazing story. I was completely enthralled and captivated from the moment I read the blurb, and the story fully delivered. The author drew me into Jeremy’s world and didn’t let go until the very end. The story is so original and intriguing, and although the outcome was a bit predictable, I still sat on the edge of my seat looking for the clues that would lead me to the conclusion I so desperately wanted for Jeremy.
Mari: I agree, Tracy! I really had no clue what to expect once I started reading, and to be honest, I was a bit anxious to find out what was really going on with Smith. I have read a couple books with a similar theme, still, this was a fairly original take on it. I adored Jeremy, too. I was on the verge of tears for him more than a few times. While I liked Smith, there were a few times in which I wanted to either slap him silly or shake some sense into him.
Tracy: This is my first read by this author, but it definitely won’t be my last. The story is well-written, engaging and filled with so much emotion: Heartbreak, sadness and grief, but also friendship, family and love and the ending was perfect and swoon-worthy. Very enjoyable and highly recommended!
Mari: The book was awesome and sweet and angsty and I was spellbound as I read. There were characters I loved, some I liked and some I wanted to throat-punch, even if they kind of made up for what they'd done in the end. And like Tracy said, the ending was perfect. Definitely a must-read!
