Through the first Four books I hoped Rio would find someone to complete him the way that the characters in the other books had.
Well I did not see Hallie Hart Coming at all, but she was definitely Rio’s missing piece and rounded out this group of Found family so perfectly.
Young Love that was destroyed by the lies of others, and made each character question if the love they had was ever truly real. Did a love like that even really exist, or had they imagined it.
The way that Rio and Hallie find their way back to each other just proves that love will find a way and heal even the most broken of hearts.
This book, nor this whole series will disappoint. If anything it will leave you wanting more.

Isaiah and Kennedy....My second (okay maybe tied for first) favorite couple in this series...
All he’s ever wanted is someone to love him and stay... She’s never known love or had the ability to make her own choices regarding love...
He’s loved her from afar... thinking she was in love with someone else. She’s seen him as the team clown and playboy never giving him the time of day.
A chance night in Vegas, that leads to a marriage arrangement, that will most likely end with someone nursing a broken heart, while the other lives out their dreams... Or is it possible that two broken souls can heal each other and find the love they are both searching for?

You will absolutely fall in love with this fake dating, enemies to lovers romance, with plenty of spice and banter to go around.

I loved Jaxon and Lennon’s story so much, I read it twice before finally putting my thoughts together. They are my favorite couple of the series…so far as Emmett and Cara’s book is still to come….
A one night stand, a cheating ex, runaway bride, playboy hockey player, he falls first and of course a theme from all the Playing For Keeps books..found family…
This book will not disappoint and you may need some kleenex here and there. I loved the banter and the spice, that fate brought them together and helped them both find the strength to overcome past hurts helping them grow together....more

Brother’s best friend, who always saw her as the annoying little sister. He left for the city because boring small town life was not for him, or so he thought. Returning as a single father for a visit and realizing maybe the city life he thought he loved isn’t where he wants or needs to be.
If you love a strong female character, who handles her business and doesn’t need her cowboy, but wants him. Christine “Pris” Greene will make you fall in love with her and keep you on your toes with her sometimes inappropriate banter.
Can a childhood crush become something more?
Add in an overprotective brother, an ex wife, and the cutest little boy you could imagine and you’ve got yourself a country romance to fall in love with.
This book has plenty of spice, romance, and banter to go around, and if your an avid S.L. Scott fan you will also catch an easter egg or two.

I absolutely loved this book from beginning to end. I could not put it down. Travis and Ashley both broke my heart in their own way, and I couldn’t see a light at the end of the tunnel for it to be pieced back together. Timing is everything in life and fate has to strike at the right time. But, it did not disappoint, tears were shed and tissues were necessary, and slowly my heart reassembled. This book was so good because it felt so real. Real feelings and emotions. It just captured me and left an imprint.❤️

I can say whole heartedly I loved my first Erin Fitzgerald book. It gave me Yellowstone and Elsie Silver vibes, but with her own twist on all things cowboy and romance.

Enzo and Boston will not disappoint. So many twists and turns, truths and lies, and discoveries that they each have to make about one another. The truth is never really what it seems, or is it? These two can banter in the best way.

“There are two kinds of love out there.” “Which are?” “The love that flourishes and the love that kills.”
I am going to preface this review with I was “There are two kinds of love out there.” “Which are?” “The love that flourishes and the love that kills.”
I am going to preface this review with I was completely sticking to the idea that Liam and Sophie in Collided were my favorite couple in the Dirty Air Series...well I think Chloe and Santiago are giving them a run for that title. Honestly I loved all four books, all four couples and how they were all intertwined together into a chosen family.
After an accident that changes everything about his life and brings him to his lowest point, Santiago has become a recluse who doesn’t think that anyone could love him the way that he is, nor does he want to be a burden to anyone....
Chloe has not had an easy life. No one has ever truly loved her. She takes a chance to try and find a missing piece of herself, that may bring her family and hopefully love. Trust is not something she gives freely, and she doesn’t even believe that someone could love her without hurting her in the long run..
Two characters that stumble upon one another, fake a relationship to help the other out, but in the end discover that they are both worthy of someone who loves them just the way they are...
“I wish that Chloe falls in love with someone worthy of her eighties-loving heart. That she finds that soul-crushing heart-mending, passion-fueled love. A love that leaves her desperate for more, because nothing that amazing should ever be done in moderation.” ...more

I absolutely loved this book. It broke my heart in the second or third chapter (sorry) and then pieced it back together.
A meeting of chance or are the stars aligning just right....
Liam doesn’t make commitments, and love is not something he believes in anymore...
Sophie is a romantic at heart, falls for the one person she knows she shouldn’t no matter how hard she tries not to...
Liam and Sophie both needed each other in completely different ways. But in ways that complimented the other and made them stronger.

Two characters who meet by chance, only to realize they are going to be in forced proximity. Staying away from each other is going to be harder than either one predicted.
Jax is a no commitment kind of guy who takes very little in life seriously. He does his job and has a good time. That’s until Sasha, who is new to this small town, where everyone knows everyone, crosses his path.
To keep her distance and focus on her job, she pretends to hate him. Serious and uptight, most people stay away from Sasha, just the way she prefers it. That way she can keep up her put together appearance, when really her past makes her anything but put together.
Will Jax change his ways? Can he show Sasha that you can lean and rely on someone else? Can Sasha let down her guard and realize that her past does’t make her an unloveable failure?...more

“Because for some reason, the thought of saying goodbye to you does something to me. I don’t like it.It makes me feel like I’m losing something.”
I loved this book. I couldn’t put it down once I started and will be adding it to the books I reread, because once won’t be enough. Kalani and Nate are perfection. Tissues are a definite must, which I have learned are necessary with Meagan’s book.s. The playlist for this book brought it all together, so make sure to include that if you plan to read it....more

Laird and Poppy…. Oh my what can I say…. I anticipate any book S.L. Scott puts out. I love how characters from different series intermingle with each other and connect her books. I now have to go back and revisit The Crow Brothers series where Laird makes his first appearance, and Poppy is from my favorite series The Westscotts. (If you haven’t read any of those books I highly recommend them!)
“It hadn’t occurred to me until that moment that I might not have been meant to be with her the first time. That this time around might be my redemption.”
This book pulls at the heartstrings in all the right places. It makes you believe in “Kismet. Destiny. Whatever we call it, it’s real.” Fighting for the person you love. Knowing that person is your safe space and your home, even if you have to make them fall in love all over again.

Loved, loved, loved this second chance romance. The circumstances that brought these two back together, after missed opportunities in the past, truly had to be fate intervening. Shane and Cate (Cat)…Two people who couldn’t be more opposite, but soon discover that one persons strengths can help balance anothers weaknesses. I fell in love with both of them. I also love that characters from other S.L. Scott books make appearances. I love that she intertwines new characters and old together.

I don’t know what is is about picturing Asher, in his smooth British accent, calling her darling that just gives me butterflies and makes me smile.
I loved every minute of this book. Another amazing romance written by Ana. Definitely competing for my favorite MMC in her books (Don’t tell Christian and Dante). Scarlett is so relatable, and her and Asher are just beautiful together. Will be adding to my list of comfort reads.
