"Bull" is the sixth book in the "Kings of Mayhem MC" series and even though I have enjoyed them all, this one was definitely my favorite. I knew it was gonna happen ever since I was introduced to "Bull", president of the Kings of Mayhem, in the first book. He has intrigued me from the beginning and he sure as hell did not disappoint!!
Now for those of you wanting to read this one, I strongly advise reading the other books in this series as well. Though each book does focus on a different couple, there is an ongoing storyline running in the background. No worries though, they are all deliciouslyAlpha, and even though I am claiming "Bull" for myself... you guys can have all the others :P
[image]
Those of you who have already started this series know that Bull has suffered great loss in his past. His MC family is what pulled him through and it is what he lives for now. He isn't looking for a relationship or for love. That doesn't mean it won't come and bite him in the ass though :P
[image]
Taylor was absolutely awesome and perfect for Bull and the MC in every way. She was, smart, tough as nails, funny as hell but also very caring and sweet. I think I had a bit of a girl crush ;)
These two set the sheets on fire, and even though neither of them was looking... they found love anyways.

If you are an MC fan, you should definitely give this series a go.

I liked this one, but it wasn't my favorite in the series. The hero and heroine spend most of the book physically healing from all sorts of medical issues. They are supposed to have this incredible bond, but I just didn't feel it. They spend so many years apart (more than e decade) and when they did finally (re)connect, one of them was in a coma for weeks on end and had to rehabilitate after.
I just didn't feel the connection or the romance between the two of them, like I did with the other couples in this series. I also found the heroine a bit of a push-over. I mean she watched the hero literally have sex with any snatch he came into contact with since she was 16 years old. After how he treated her (supposedly it was for her own good), she should have made him work a bit harder for it. She caved after she gave one little speech and then rolled right on over.
I like my heroines a bit more badass... like Giulia... now she was pretty awesome and I am salivating for Rachel and Lodestar's books. Now those are some badass bitches... at least I hope they still will be if or when we get their story.
Next up is Indy. Now she was nice enough in the previous books, but I can't say she really left an impression. Hopefully, that will change once I read her story because reading it, I definitely will!!
If you're into the MC world, you should really give this series a go. ...more

So with how much I loved the Fallen Crest series, it was almost a given I would love this spin off series as well. Along the way I fell deeply in love with Bren and Cross, but also Jordan and Zellman.
I don't know what it is about teenage angst that makes me crave it so much :P But we got plenty of it in this final part. They are all growing up though...
I think this was the perfect conclusion for this series. It gave me all the feels and more. Life after high school isn't always easy and neither is letting go. But no worries, because they will always be Crew!!
Sidenote: this series has a continuing timeline and so it has to be read in order ;)

I am definitely a Suzanne Wright fangirl and Khloe and Keenan's book was one of the most anticipated books of 2020 for me. Did it deliver... well hell yeah it did!!!
Khloe has always been my favorite character in this series. Funny as hell though chick.. just how I like my heroines. And she stayed that way throughout the whole book. Keenan did surprise me a bit, however... In a good way that is. He was so much hotter and protective then I figured he would be. Damn these two were on fire!!!
Now I don't want to give anything away plotwise, so you will just have to trust me when I say that this one was definitely worth the wait.
I also loved visiting with all my favorites again. Can't wait for the next one in this series, but one thing is for sure... Suzanne always delivers !!!
Go jump in right now.... I wish I could unread it and do it all over again!!

I have been wanting and waiting to read Ben's story for a long time now. I was so happy when I finally got to dive into this one. This has definitely been one of the most anticipated books of this year for me.

I am also very glad to say that it did not disappoint.
Ben, for as long as he has been around, has always been the softhearted one of the series. His big heart, and the fact that he trusts so easily, has sent him to jail and The Halfway House twice now...
Being back at the Halfway House again also means he has to work, which isn't as easy, with him being deaf. There are only so many jobs he can do. This is where my awesome friend Aiden comes in though... He offers to talk to Natalie del Torro, the sister of his best friend Bull... She owns a bakery and might be willing to offer Ben a job.
So this is how Ben and Gabriel (Bull) meet. With a little meddling from Aiden...
For those of you who have been reading all the books in this series, Bull isn't a stranger. He used to be Aiden's partner, and even though they don't work together anymore, they are still best friends. And Aiden seems to know exactly what his best friend needs...
After a rough first start, these two are off to a great friendship and an even better romance. I think Ben and Bull were absolutely perfect for each other and their "slow burn" build-up was delicious.
Of course, it wouldn't be a Jaime Reese book of there wasn't also a splash of angst. Which I gobbled all up while licking my fingers :P
I had a great time reading this one and I loved reconnecting with old favorites.
I highly recommend every single book in this series!!!
