I enjoyed this book way more than I thought I would.

Victor and Eli met in collage as roommates and became the best of friends. Then, a school research project on how near-death experiences can lead to supernatural powers goes wrong and their friendship is lost.

I loved how we jump back and forth from their school days to current times. Victor's POV was my favorite. I wasn't a fan of Eli. But I had a good time reading this. Action packed. Interesting. The writing was superb. The story fascinating.
