Who doesn’t love a witchy romance in the middle of July? This book was tons of fun! It’s heavy on the magical storyline and lighter on the romance, but I didn’t mind because the concept of the Shaddow House was so interesting.

This book has:
• A small-town romance 🏠
• Low angst: The characters got together almost immediately, so if you’re looking for an angsty slow-burn, this is not for you
• The found family trope
