This was ok for me. I felt the same way I did in the first book. At times, the writing seems juvenile or cliche. It's hard to explain. But I felt the same exact way during the first book. It's going good, and then all of a sudden there's a conversation with the characters and my head snaps back because the dialogue doesn't seem to fit.

While it feels like a slow burn, it's really almost insta love. The slow burn feel comes from the fact that at times it just dragged.

Overall, it was ok.
