*****Update***** I jumped at the chance to listen to the audiobook that just released and I absolutely LOVED it!!! This book is one of my favorites and the audiobook just added another fun layer to the love I have for it! The narrators were so fun and brought these two characters to life. Seriously Happy Sigh to the extreme!!! If you think I'm gushing, you'd be spot on because I am!!! There are just books that make you so incredibly happy and this is one of those books for me!!! It's a go-to-read-again!!! Grab it, or the audiobook and be ready to be grinning from ear to ear. These characters are just the bee's knees!!!
I received a copy of the audiobook from the publisher, Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op, via NetGalley. But I've purchased my own copies.
*****Everything below in the review is still 100% relevant and still my thoughts after listening to the audiobook!!! *****

This book!!! Definitely a reread for me! I loved it so much! So many great characters. I want the author to write stories for all of them! Rene, Heather, Bob, Stuart, the Bookstagrammers, the sisters! ALLLLLLLL OF THEM please Miss Scott! You would make many fans very, very happy! Just sayin'!!! ;-)

Tasha and Pierre were fabulous on their own but put them together and magic happened! Holy Cow!!!! I loved them so much! The mix ups that happened, the long talks, the proposals, the wedding, the family, the honeymoon morning (remember this is a marriage of convenience so no shenanigans), the friendships, the laughs, the longing glances, the lingering touches, the swooniness!!!! Seriously, alllll of it was so much fun! Savannah Scott nailed writing a marriage of convenience trope!

And can I just mention all of the funny American and French slang used throughout this book?! Tasha saying something and confusing Pierre and needing to explain it. And vice versa for Pierre needing to explain his slang or incorrect use of American slang. Wet Chicken anyone? Hahahaha!!!

I've recommended this book to so many of my IRL friends and can't wait for them to dive into it so we can talk and laugh about it! I love the joy that comes from reading books with friends and being able to discuss them! Just like Tasha and her Bookstagram friends!

Oh, stop reading my review and go grab a copy of this perfect Sweater Weather book and read it!!! Don't forget the sweater, comfy blanket, hot cocoa and sitting outside or next to a window watching the fall leaves!

Content: There are some mild innuendos, some sweet kisses but nothing further. This is a book about marriage of convenience so there is a scene where the couple is forced into the same bed for a short moment, but it was kept very mild. I would consider this a clean read but would suggest for older readers.

I received a copy from the publisher, Victory Editing NetGalley co-op, via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!
