Twisty thriller with multiple POV and questionable narrators all the way around!

Leighton and Marnie have been friends since high school. Marnie and Owen dated and had a bad breakup, but Marnie assumed they would get back together. Leighton and Owen hook up during the break up, ended up together and later married. Leighton and Marnie eventually mend their friendship, but they don't talk about Owen. That's where we are now.

And then, Marnie, Leighton and Owen, along with Owen's parents, attend a local festival. Leighton is abducted while waiting in line to dive from a high diving board. Police suspect human trafficking and there really are no leads.

Marnie and Owen feel like there's more going on. But they have to be careful, as police suspect them both somewhat, and they have a secret.

Marnie meets Sarah at her cousin's baby shower. She finds out Sarah was also at the festival, resembles Leighton, despite her newly bleach blond hair, and seems to know more than she is telling.

This book was a wild ride of lies, secrets, twists and turns. No one seems to be telling the whole truth! And it finished with a great twist!
