Black Stone Heart (The Obsidian Path, #1)

Amazing book.
The premise is very interesting; a man named Khraen awakens alone and without any memories of his previous life. What he knows is that his heart has been shattered and pieces of it are all around the world. But who did this? Who was he? Who is he? And, why?
I loved the writing, I loved the characters, I loved the magic and the way the world is built. It's quite a short read for a fantasy book, just under 400 pages, and one I definitely wasn't able to put down.
You don't know how to root for, who to trust. The man Khraen is? The man he was? What were his intentions? What did he want and what does he want, now? There's a thousand doubts by the end of the book that will make you want to pick the next one up IMMEDIATELY.
Which is exactly what I'm doing.
