Room 6 at the Lonely Motel had seen its fair share of misery. Angel knew that was where he needed to be to change his life with the help of prostitute Shayla, who never imagined what she signed up for.

This book was morbidly fascinating with part horror and part fetishism. I was drawn to the stories, notwithstanding their stomach-churning moments. I enjoyed the plot progression, which led to a memorable ending.

Woom is a story of a new beginning. It would appeal to readers who enjoy short splatterpunk.
