Journalist Everlee (Ever) Adair had been intrigued by the tale of the Wild Man since she first heard about him. Determined to uncover the truth, she ventured into the wilderness, not realizing how profoundly it would change her life.



Despite her outdoorsy upbringing, Ever found herself surprisingly unprepared when left to her own devices. Her bad decisions landed her in trouble, but I liked how she cared when it mattered. Wild Man was endearing in his own way and I loved how he managed to survive all those years.

“Why can’t I hate you like I’m supposed to?”

The book started strong, but I felt it was quite repetitive in the middle. Thankfully, towards the end, the story became more exciting.

The Wild Man is a story of endurance and survival. It would appeal to readers looking for an erotic Tarzan retelling.
