At 240 pages, HEAVY HITTER is a quick romance read great for Fall as we head into the end of the baseball season. Heavily influenced by Taylor Swift, this is the story of a pop star and retiring baseball player who fall for each other instantly. They get to know each other over the phone, they eventually decide to have a relationship, which is put under stress by stardom, distance, and exes. This was quite a bit spicier than Katie's last three books that I've read, but in an instalove story like this, it made sense. If you're a Swiftie or need a quick read, this is for you!
