i have some questions….

I enjoyed the overall story, the plot, but there are story details which are confusing.

Beginning doesnt make any sense. The hero is best friends with heroines brother, so much so that the guards are used to seeing hero around the house…

BUT their families are rivals?!? Not just rivals, but enemies. How does that work?

Hero is so comfortable being at heroines house, so welcome the guards dont approach, dont kick him out….But the heroine doesn’t know him?

Then, when they have their first smexy time, hero is practically mauling heroine on her front steps before hero carts her off to her bedroom. Ummmm, where are the guards when this is going on?

Or, what about their second time? In the HALLWAY….during a FAMILY DINNER!!!

No one can hear her crying out? No guards or servants around?

This has to the worst guarded family in the mafia, where an enemy mafia’s son can waltz onto the property, gain access to the house whenever he wants, go into the bedroom of a mafia princess, fuck her in a wide open hallway and no one is ever around. Ok👌🏽

The overall all plot was good: mafia prince falls for princess. He knocks her up.

They’re separated because the families decide its for the best.

This ends on a cliffhanger, and is the prequel to mafia heir’s secret baby. Since i read this book, I’ll probably read that one to find out what happens.

Safe. Heros past is barely mentioned, maybe a manwhore. Heroine is a virgin and belongs only to her hero. No ow/om, no cheating, no sharing, no abuse. No HEA
