it was amazing

WOOOOAH Okay let me gather my pearls because I clutched them babies a little too hard 😏🤭

Fallon is a relatable gal with a wild side and a past that haunts her, insecurities that she carries, and scars that you both can and cannot see throughout.

Remy is a hot, cocky attitude having, arse! But we love him for it.

The dialogue / back and forth banter was laced with poison and I loved it, the transition from tension to sudden obsession new for me and I have to say - I loved it!

Remy's bestie Nix sounds like a stand up guy for the most part and I wanted some more of him even though it's not his story ☺️🤭

Overall (no pun intended) Backstroke was an immersive read with wonderful storytelling and pacing. I need this on my shelf and shooooooooowheeeeeee! That spicy art is going to be so good.

Please be sure to check the content notes from L.B. Martin before you dive in. Backstroke has some of our favourite themes like step-sibs, who hurt you?, OTT/JP MMC, Panic attacks, and more.
