it was amazing

L.B. Martin has won my heart over again and again...and of course she continued this trend with Backstroke and I can't wait to see what's in store for the future.

Backstroke is the perfect depiction of a Bully Romance, and Remy is the biggest bully of them all, until he meets Fallon, and then he proceeds to bully his way into her heart, and mine too.

I tried so hard to hate Remy, but there's this side of me that just immediately gave in and started rooting for him while also rooting for Fallon who is a seriously tough FMC who has a rough past. Together, they are unstoppable whether she wants to admit it or not.

As per my usual emotions, I definitely giggled some, smiled, definitely cried, developed a huge crush on Nix (one of Remy's best friends) and had my "oh wtf?" moments as I sat on the edge of my couch with my heart racing. I will say that coming down from that high made the ending that much better.
