💌 Every part of my usual numbness starts to fade away at the promise of her. 💌

oh, rhys. you precious, pathetic man. stand up my guy 😭 sadie was lowkey a bitch. she was mean!! and she never took this man’s feelings into consideration. she rejected him, and when she saw him talking to another girl afterwards she was so rude to the girl and pissed off at rhys when she had absolutely no right to be. and correct me if im wrong, but I don’t recall her ever apologising. in fact, I think he did. bc he has no backbone. 🥰

there were scenes that were identical to binding 13, and I got so excited for them to be similar. but this man is no johnny kavanagh. 💀 whoever said that is clearly not alright. and sadie was no shannon. like AT ALL. comparing them would just be rude. im a character-driven girly so if I don’t like the characters, I don’t like the book. and this was the case bc the plot and tropes were so promising, but the characters were not likeable at all (rhys was okay, just a little pathetic 😔)

excited for book two though!! the small glimpse of rora and freddy was the most enjoyable part of this book sooo… 🤭🤭
