Meet Me in December is a second chance holiday romance where childhood friends reconnect years later during the holiday season. Since they last spoke, they’ve grown up, started their own careers and are now single

Felicity is an ornament maker, like her grandma, and while she is back home, she finds an ornament that hints that her grandma used to be in love with someone before she met her grandpa. Felicity tries to bring it up to her grandma who tells her to drop it, but of course, she doesn’t. With the help of Giancarlo, they spend time together trying to piece together her grandma's history to find the mystery man.

The reconnection between Felicity and Giancarlo is slow and natural. It was swoony the way they didn’t jump back in as if things hadn’t changed. Although this story is shorter than a normal length (but longer than a novela) I felt like the pacing was natural and realistic.
