Jamie and Lucky’s story was another great addition to the Fixer Brothers series. Jamie is scraping by, working in a diner, and supporting himself and his disabled mother. Lucky has been… lucky. He is financially independent with no partner to spend his days with after his last boyfriend showed his true colors, proving he was only there for what he could gain and not for love. When the two meet for Chase and Adam’s destination wedding, the attraction is instant, but Jamie has impossible to scale walls, believing he’s not in the same league. All it takes is a run in with Lucky’s ex for Jamie to want to save the man who he’s helplessly attracted to. It allows these men to develop a friendship and trust that becomes so much more during the brief time they spend together, leading to a truly sweet HEA.
