Another lovely book in the series
First, let me say I got this book from gay romance reviews and this is me leaving my honest reviews. In this book, it’s the big wedding of Adam & Chase and Jamie he’s not happy. His brother Chase chose to get married at a ski resort. Jamie is from the beach and he loves where he lives. He loves the heat. And it is also very expensive. He works in a dinner as a cook. He loves his brother and he is super happy. He has found his other half.
Landry he’s really not looking forward to this wedding because he knows that Parker is going to be there. The problem is he had a secret relationship with Parker to the point he proposed but Parker turned him down flat. So no one will feel his pain. But when he first meet Jamie, he finds him extremely attractive. But it seems that Jamie wasn’t interested in him. He’s scared that he’s offended him so he sends out a cocktail to his room to say sorry and this is really where their friendship starts. When Jamie and Landry also known as lucky were having a drink in the bar, lucky times face-to-face with Parker and Jamie doesn’t doesn’t like the pain that shows on Luckys face, so he pretends to be like his boyfriend. Izzy Parker isn’t there alone he’s there with his fiance. It’s like he’s trying to rub it in to Luckys face, and Jamie is not having any of that. So here comes the wedding bet, if Jamie succeeds he will make Parker jealous enough that he wants Lucky back. If Lucky wins which means that Parker was not affected in. Anyway he gets one night to hook up with Jamie so who’s gonna win the bet.????
I enjoyed these two very much I wouldn’t say it’s my favourite book in the series that I did enjoy the read. I think these two had a connection and chemistry from the start and I found their friendship/ fake boyfriend super cute.
