Welcome to the 8th installment of the Fixer brothers, this one featuring Landry and Jamie. Jamie is Chase’s brother. Chase and Adam are finally getting married and unlike the other books in this series it does not take place in Jade River. It takes place at a high end local resort where Chase and Adam are getting married. While Chase (and his mom) make a couple appearances - Emmett also shows up - it’s also one of the few books in the series that does not have a lot of appearances from other characters in the series (hard to do for book 8 in a series!). For these reasons, this one more than the others really could be read as a stand alone and you wouldn’t be missing much. Landry has a lot of money but has been emotionally burned in the past and Jamie doesn’t have much and is still trying to find his footing in the world. Despite both really being commitment-shy they can’t help but find their way to one another. These two will get their HEA and it’s totally worth it.
