This was just an ok read for me. In fact, I really didn’t like this story. It had nothing to do with the writing. I just didn’t like either Jeremy or Stuart. They were both jerks that I wouldn’t give the time of day. Jeremy was a lier, and Stuart had a chip on his shoulder the size of Texas.

I loved most of the side characters. Cassie was great. She even won over Jeremy. I also loved Mrs. Wimpole. She was an absolute hoot. I’m not going to give up on the series as I have high hopes for the next book.
