Well... I'm not going to rate this one. Pushed myself to a little past 50%, then skipped 25% then skimmed the last part just so I could get an idea of what happened and how it ended.. It is a cliffhanger but this one just didn't hold my interest well enough to read the next one. It's got the formula I love .. sexy billionaire, steamy sex, etc... but I just could never really feel the connection with Neil and Sophie and the story surrounding them just didn't grab me. Oh well.. it happens.

Me too! Can't believe we didn't know about this one yet.. I just hope it's as good as it sounds. I'm a complete sucker for this type!! I've already downloaded it.. there's a 2nd book too The Girlfriend
I agree with EVERYTHING you both just said. :)
PLUS, it's a 300+ page book, which I LOVE.
normal length... not a novella.
It had alllll kinds of potential.. but ended up falling flat.
Even though I skimmed the last part I still paid attention to the ending and it IS a cliffhanger but really not a bad one.... But still not enough to intrigue me to go further with the series. However, I'm sure many will probably like this one and continue with the series. It just didn't do it for me.... :(
I agree, when I find myself "trying" to read and then getting sidetracked im obviously not into a book. Signed out of that and started bad things again by R.K lilley
