it was ok

It's ok.

I'd been having one of those days, you know the ones I mean where you just can't settle on a book I'd started and discarded so many that when I started this I didn't check the reviews, unusual for me but I didn't think I'd stick with it but I liked it instantly and so I read on.
Since there's so many reviews I'll skip my usual summary and just give my opinion, which is
'It's ok'
Those two words sum this book up perfectly for me.
There's nothing original here but then I didn't really expect it we have Gable the tattooed bad boy who's hot but been hurt in the past so he's developed a revolving bedroom door.
Then we have Scout the good girl, only one previous boyfriend also been hurt in the past but she's no pushover and although we know they're going to end up together she's going to make him work for it....well that's how it looked at the start and that's the book I expected however that's not the book I got.
The first time we come across Scout she comes across as intelligent tough and independent, just the person to give Gable a hard time but then she changes and becomes whiny, irritating, immature and annoying and don't get me started on the ending.
While I would have preferred dual POV's ultimately it wouldn't have mattered.
