2011: Bookers, I have to admit I pulled an Alexa on this group read. Sorry, girls and Teccc. Do not punish me with a reading ban or something like that. I have three days off this week and when I woke up this morning I really believed it was the 14th already. But now I see it is Santa Lucia Day. This mix-up wouldn't definitely have happened to me if people in Germany ran around the house with candle crowns on their honey-blond heads like they do in Sweden on December 13th. The lack of tradition has done me in!

I look really forward to discussing this over at the Corner!!!

Teccc Lol, funny how different point of views you can have on certain events.
While I did like the celebration/singing/candles on Santa Lucia (Saint Lucy's Day?) in Sweden, I mostly remember lots of drunken classmates that partied through the whole night and had trouble staying awake or were already snoring on the benches at the celebration.

oliviasbooks Haha. Yes. Scandinavia and alcohol are a strange combination.

~Tina~ You already read this!?!?

Haha, it's all good. 5stars? Now I'm really looking forward to it:)

oliviasbooks Loved it somehow. Can't wait to discuss it with you all.
I thought you wanted to start alread on the 12th because of other reading obligations?

~Tina~ No that was just me who wanted to start early, but the girls had other obligations so I decided to wait for today. I'm glad you liked it though it makes me hopeful:)

Arlene LOL Olivia!! I'm going to use that excuse sometime. :)

oliviasbooks You are welcome to it, Arlene. But it was really embarrassing, when I got up, switched on my laptop and saw the date.
