We already met Ash and Braht in the first book. They can't stand each other. Or rather, Ash can't stand Braht - he's already planning the wedding! ☺

At the end of the last book we caught them doing licking and sucking things to each other in their friend's pantry. That will never ever happen again!!!! ☺
But since they both work for the same real estate company, they'll have to see each other all the time.

And when suddenly Ash's criminal ex turns up again, she runs straight to Braht - because her girls Brynn and Sadie have their own stuff to deal with.

Braht could be over the moon, but of course he's very worried about his girl.

And between fighting and working and doing sexy stuff together, he's still trying to figure out why she can't see a future for them - they're just perfect together in his eyes!

And then there's his past that might come calling and destroy everything he so patiently built....

ADORABLE!

We already loved Braht in the first book. He's so hilarious and weird and perfect.



He's the total opposite of what Ash wants in a man - if she would want a man - which she doesn't, not after her first unsuccessful attempt at a happily ever after.

Braht is ... metrosexual. He gets manicures. He wears pastel. Loafers. Khaki shorts. And a beautiful silly grin, whenever he sees Ash. Too effing cute!

I just loved those two together. Of course it will take poor Braht a long while to get his happily ever after. But we have an amazing time watching him fight for it.

We have LOTS of adorable & funny & swoony moments and some very serious moments and some suspense/mystery and some very sexy moments!

For me it was the most perfect romance! I loved every minute of it!

And I SO need to see this series on netflix or passionflix asap!

And I also want to read Bramley's story and Sadie needs a new Happily Ever After too!!!!

Another thing I really liked - the setting of those two books. We're in Grand Rapids, Michigan. No book has ever stepped foot into Michigan. I really love it when we're in a real place. Not some imaginary town in Anywhere, USA.

The tiny little detail I don't like? The Covers. Both covers (Man Hands & Man Card) are too ... colorful or comic-y for my tastes - BUT that doesn't change my thoughts about the amazing story INSIDE! ☺
