In this book we get more invested in the shifter community and what John needs to do to keep his position as Alpha of the pack. I just wish Lizzie and John can get so time to rest and talk, they really need this as they are constantly exhausted from running between obligations that keeps cropping up. This book is very fast paced and very enjoyable. Lizzie is still struggling to get to grips with her spell caster abilities whilst fighting the evil around her. I loved this book and look forward to reading book 4 in the series.
