Prey is the second Copper Mesa Eagle shapeshifter story in the series. It stands alone but I highly recommend reading Predator first because there is an ongoing storyline taking place and it continues into this story too. Zach is the youngest Monson son. He's now 28 and working on finishing up his engineering degree. He wants to focus on his career but would like to meet someone special too and that happens to him at a job fair. Katrina is working at this job fair because her boss Pete made it mandatory. As one of her company, MultiGen's few female engineers, she's never been treated as an equal at the workplace and she's fed up. However the bright spot to her day was meeting this handsome engineering student that is also 28 so she accepts his invitation to go on a date. Zach thinks that things are really looking great, an attractive woman is going out with him and MultiGen is interested in him for a summer internship. What neither of them realizes is that MultiGen has big plans for Zach and they aren't good! If you want to know more, then I recommend reading this fun, sexy, action packed paranormal romance.
