S A M E!! Like, WHAT WAS THAT ENDING?!! IT JUST ALL CAME OUT OF NOWHERE!!

If that ending wasn't a product of the time jump and something that gets fixed STAT, I will lose my mind for sure
That ending was definitely a product of the time jump. I don't think Simon was, but I am so hoping he is and that he gets fixed ASAP. Though to be fair, this definitely has made the story veeeeeeery interesting!!
I’m glad I’m not the only one! I just finished it and idk wth just happened! Terrible, terrible things 😩😩

TERRIBLE THINGS INDEED!! I want my questions answered ASAP, but something tells me this novel will be bigger than Kingsbane, so Lord knows when we'll get those answers!! But I know when they come, they will be epic! I just... I need Simon to "be better" 😭😭

Yes yes... The ending of Kingsbane was such a twist in itself was upsetting, but so mysterious.. leaves you rethinking the first two books and how everything was slowly coming together. Now I was so disappointed in Simon, but in love with him at the same time..

It's such a mind fuck. Makes you think what was real and what was a lie, and I'm so hoping that it's all a lie... But then again considering the fact that the future is changed from that one meeting between Eliana and Rielle, then maybe the past is changed too...??

Yes... I actually reread Furyborn first before reading Kingsbane... Astonishing how much had changed from one book to the other. I mean there was so much change in each individual book. Now I had secretly hoped after book one, Hawkin was alive. I figured much because there was no specific details regarding his death. Claire Legrand did a awesome job leaving the mistory alive. And I hope with the ending of Kingsbane, he is yet still alive... I actually route for him to be alive because the only consistent people who love Eliana is Remy and Hawkin. It is also respectable that Hawkin only wants to protect Eliana but also wants a life of happiness for her and Remy. I love Simon, there really is still so much history of his personality and pass. But there are the strong points of those who keep pointing out that he has been using her for his own agenda. The ending was very upsetting with the ending of Kingsbane. Specially with the people who were the twist you did but did not see coming. As for the change in the pass, it had also crossed my mind there is a chance the path for Simon had changed. The only thing that keeps coming to mind is that Eliana and himself were the only people who noticed the changes in the future from their travel to the past. It would be crazy if they go back in time again and make Corinne Eliana biological father.. just a theory. My heart also broke for Remy too.... I do really hope that Simon has a plan up his sleeve and only has to make Eliana believe his actions at the end where real that way she cannot pretend or does not agree with his logic or theories...

That is a looooong comment girl, but so many amazing theories. I'm actually hoping that Simon is sent back to his timeline somewhere in the third book as he never belonged in Eliana's timeline and deserves to be back in the world he knew and belongs to. And I 100000% agree when it comes to Hawkin - I love him so much and I am praying that Eliana somehow changes the timeline once again to change the future so his ending in Kingsbane isn't actually real.
One of my big theories is that Eliana does go back in time (somehow), and she and Rielle unite to bring down Corien. The prophecy is that one will destroy the world and the other will protect it. We see Rielle in Furyborn destroy her Kingdom, but what's to say that Eliana isn't already there protecting the rest of it? There's just so many questions, and I'm praying that Claire will answer them all. Both Rielle and Eliana, and most definitely Simon too deserve all the happiness in the world!!

Your theory of Simon going back into his timeline is actually a interesting view. Personally I really love both Simon and Hawkin for Eliana. So if Hawkin is still alive in book three, his battle with Simon will be epic... Your other theory on Rielle, Eliana, and the prophecy is strong and really hope you are on point.... All I can say is, book three needs to come fast.. hope we do not have to wait a year or more lol

I hope not either. Usually I don't read a story when it's released - I wait until the hype has died down. But the second this novel is in my hands, it is being R E A D

I'm counting down the minutes until we get a cover reveal and the blurb. Hopefully time will fly by quickly and next thing we know, this book will be in our hands!! AND WE'LL KNOW WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH SIMON!!

What you are feeling is exactly how I was and still am feeling!! Probably the worst (yet best) cliffhanger I have ever read
