Damn it. This book broke my heart. I mean I’ve read all about it before, I’ve watched things. BUT, it still breaks my heart all these people went through and the animals! 🥺

And it breaks my heart about all the animals had to go through too- I cannot even handle it....

I skimmed that in the book and on the show. I added it to my review. I was trying to forget it. Animals always get the short end of the stick due to humans 😕

I wouldn’t say they always get the short end of the stick due to humans, but way too often, that’s for sure.

Me too. Nature has always fascinated me. I grew up watching nature programs with David Attenborough, and I just find it difficult to watch what’s happening with the natural world today.
