Why Marc I DNFed this book? Because the worldbuilding is clunky as fish and sketchy as shrimp, the story feels disjointed, and I don't give a squid about any of the characters.

But, hey, it's not ALL bad. I mean, at least the world is not Eurocentric (wonderfully refreshing, that). Also, the book offers a pretty fantastic hands-on approach to head severing, which is always a plus for those who, like me, are always looking for ways to improve our decapitation skills.

And that is all.
