Hey everyone, I’m currently researching tools to help manage our business’s online reputation. We're a small team, so we're looking for something that’s easy to use, helps collect and manage reviews, and ideally integrates with other tools we already use.
I’ve narrowed it down to a few platforms that are highly rated on G2, and I’d love to hear any feedback or experiences with the following:
-
Birdeye: A popular choice for multi-location businesses, Birdeye offers tools for review generation, listings management, surveys, and messaging. It’s known for its sleek interface and strong automation features.
-
Podium: Focused on messaging and reviews, Podium helps local businesses improve visibility through review invites, text-based customer communication, and payment features—all in one place.
-
Thryv: A full business management suite with reputation tools baked in. It's often chosen by service-based businesses who want CRM, scheduling, and reputation management under one roof.
-
SOCi: Designed for multi-location brands, SOCi provides centralized control over local reviews, social media, and listings—great if you need brand consistency across markets.
-
HighLevel: Popular with agencies and consultants, HighLevel combines CRM, marketing automation, and review tools into a single platform. Its customization and funnel-building tools get a lot of love.
These all seem promising, but I’d love to hear real-world feedback. Has anyone used these tools for managing reviews and improving online presence? Would appreciate any recommendations or “what to watch out for” tips!
