What do you like best about Metorik?

I've been using Metorik for quiet a few years already, when they will still building the main product (before Engage). I've always been in love with how they handle all the data, the custom fields etc. If you don't know anything they usually respond within a few hours, which makes working with Metorik just satisfying. "All you need to know for your ecommerce"

What do you like best about Metorik?

It integrates perfectly with Woocommerce stores to get all the data in one click (or a little more). It does its job nicely and with little to 0 error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metorik?

I guess it's time to add features AI-powered, like creating custom reports and notifications based on the data analysis on the store and without having to fiddle to much but it a more natural interaction, allowing teams to work smoothly even when the account is used by other people other than the marketing expert. What problems is Metorik solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting data from Woocommerce stores that in the Woocommerce interface is messy, takes too many clicks, requires to login in the website or payment platform (increasing the risks of errors or cyberthreats for people that's not too tech savy in the team but needs to have a quick glance at the orders and sales).

What do you like best about Metorik?

It's hard to weigh between the amount of data that has been game-changing for the business or the fact that their team is one of the best to communicate with...they are receptive to new ideas and implementation but also have one of the best core products for financial data I've ever seen. Especially for someone who is not a CFO, but a founder...it makes clear on drivers, what is working and what isn't to have clear data at my hands to make decisions. What do you like best about Metorik?

The ability to search our data quickly has improved our customer service and marketing. We can find issues faster than we were with the setup we had before. It has streamlined a lot of our processes and we have seen an increase in revenue over the past few months. What do you dislike about Metorik?

Integration with our ESP would be ideal so we could put customer data and email data side by side. More integrations would be ideal, the customer service has been very helpful. But if we could integrate with Intercom to pull up customer info in Metorik from within Intercom that would be a big benefit for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Metorik:

If you need a solution for aggregating customer data and putting it into meaningful reports right out of the box I would recommend trying Metorik. Their free trial was what really sold us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best to manage my WooCommerce store"

What do you like best about Metorik?

The UI UX of Merotik I like the best. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. What do you dislike about Metorik?

There is nothing I dislike about this software. But it would be great if I could use plugins like payment gateway plugins and license manager plugins directly from their software. What do you like best about Metorik?

I love that you can go into an order and see so many details: everything from how the person originated in finding your site, all the way through checkout, you can really see the process people go through when it comes to making an e-commerce sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metorik?

It would be neat if it had more analytics-like features: such as traffic info such as referral and social traffic, that sort of thing. But its focus is ecommerce in tandem with WooCommerce so...that's not really its scope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much more detailed information that you can find to help you understand where your customers are coming from - it's so much more detailed and helpful than Google Analytics in that regard. Furthermore, you can group and segment customers out by date, what they purchased, location, origination (ie if they found you via Google Search or if they were a direct site visit), and more. What do you like best about Metorik?

That I have a lot of clarity if I won or lost money on the day. Integrate all the costs of the payment gateway, shipping cost, cogs, fullfilment, among others, into the dashboard. This allows you to know your profitability of the day, to know where you are losing money or winning. I have tried other platforms in Shopify and they do not allow you to configure the shipping costs in depth and that biases the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metorik?

Everything I like about Metork is my preferred platform. Perhaps they have the possibility of not charging you anything for having websites with zero transactions, it sounds strange but I migrated from woocommerce to Shopify and I could not successfully migrate my orders, so if I want to check the history I have to pay. 1. The ability to see what final sales look like (after commissions, delivery costs, product costs, etc)

I honestly can´t say... I haven't had any issues or complaints.

Prior to working with Metorik I wasn't able to successfully measure the LTV. Having this information at hand gives me greater insights into what my customer's value & how can I meet their expectations, both in products and services.
