Modernloop has made the scheduling process so easy. Implementation process was very easy and the CSM and the slack channel was there to help every step of the way. I use Modernloop everyday and being able to set up all of the integrations to work with my ATS and to automate interviews at different stage transitions has been absolutely amazing. The only thing I don't like is that when I grab someone from my sourcing tool and bring them to Modernloop I have to be very careful about the email that it sends too, because it will send to any of the emails and not just one specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So easy to learn and train my team on. They have excellent customer support and very reasonable pricing. So great to have a tool that is super reliable as well. We do very high volunme hiring and only have a team of 3 recruiters and we all do our own scheduling. We could not do our jobs without ModernLoop. To date this year we have hired 361 people with our lean team and we still have a month left to go. I have been very impressed with everyone I have come in contact with at Modern Loop! I appreciate that within ML, it's not just about scheduling and sending communications—there are also robust tracking features. You can monitor which interviewers have completed their training, identify those who still need to complete it and track the number of interviews each person has conducted. Additionally, the system allows you to limit the number of interviews an individual can conduct in a day or week. The ability to track key metrics is straightforward, and I'm excited about the upcoming upgrades, which promise even more functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a very user friendly program and are always a few steps ahead of us by thinking of new solutions that will streamline our processes better. I wish this tool existed when I was a recruiting coordinator. Not only is it super easy to use, but it's also really fast on scheduling multiple interviews and interview debriefs. The tool does all the thinking for you in terms of prioritizing when and who a candidate should talk to. Super clean integration with our ATS (Greenhouse) and google calendar. To top everything off, the customer support we get from Modernloop is superb - fast, reliable and really listen to feedback for product improvements. I cannot imagine not having this tool! I wish there was a feature to expedite interviewer training, having the tool prioritize scheduling those interviewers that are closer to completing training (shadow/reverse shadow) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ModernLoop has a very user friendly interface. It has elimated a lot of redunant steps we were taking with our last scheduling tool and made our team much more efficient. We have cut scheduling requests times by a third! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some functionalities I am still unsure how to best utilize and some limitations that don't make the most sense. For example, we had a candidate we needed to move stages for and we were told it would delete the scheduled interview if we tried updating the stage in Modernloop instead of just moving the interview.
