I find AutoLeap's setup process to be impressively straightforward and easy to use, which facilitated a smooth transition from our previous system. I also appreciate how AutoLeap enhances customer engagement; it simplifies booking appointments online, eliminating the need for phone calls, and allows customers to approve processes conveniently through their phones. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I really appreciate that AutoLeap is fast and efficient, particularly when it comes to managing our shop. This speed and efficiency have significantly improved our business operations. I value the feature that allows us to text customers, as well as the ability to send electronic diagnosis pictures. These tools streamline communication and enhance transparency with our clients. The invoicing feature has also been a game-changer, making our processes quicker and more efficient. I particularly enjoy the motor feature, which allows for specific jobs to be added to invoices, further enhancing our productivity. Overall, these capabilities make our business operations faster and more seamless. I recently switched from using Mitchell One, which was slow and time-consuming, and found AutoLeap to be a refreshing and more efficient alternative. The transition was smooth, reaching out to customers through invoicing, digital inspections, and the AI receptionist has been particularly impactful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend AutoLeap to others, rating it a ten out of ten for its exceptional performance and ease of use. There are just a few small things that could be improved. I wish some parts of the system, like the workboard colors, were a bit more customizable.
