What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I love how AutoLeap integrates Al to integrate our customers with the automotive repair process, allowing them to see pictures of what is wrong with their cars, which has significantly increased our sales by building trust through visual evidence. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and the support provided by the sales representative was thorough, promptly addressing our queries. The transition from traditional paperwork to a digital system has streamlined our operations, eliminating miscommunication issues and making processes more efficient. This shift to paperless work orders has simplified our day-to-day tasks, enhancing customer communication and satisfaction. The checklist feature ensures thorough inspections, and the ability to access fluid capacities with just one click saves me time and effort. The online appointment booking and vehicle photo-viewing capabilities are also greatly appreciated by our customers. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

We would like to see more options for other credit card processing vendors to be used. For future use to be able to tie into Rock Auto and integrate with Michelin, Goodyear and Bridgestone on their national accounts/government accounts processing from Auto Leap. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

AutoLeap has been a game changer for our shop! It is so easy to use and we love the added communication to our customers. Talia was our implementation specialist and she was fabulous to work with! We came from the dinosaur era of using Napa Tracs and Talia helped us navigate the change and was there for us every step of the way! What do you like best about AutoLeap?

AutoLeap has a lot going for it, and my favorite part is how well everything is integrated. From payments to the calendar to the work board, everything connects smoothly and makes daily shop operations feel organized and efficient. I especially like the customization options within the calendar—it’s flexible enough to fit how we schedule work at our shop. Once everything is set up properly, the connected services are easy to use and make running the business a lot simpler. Overall, AutoLeap’s integration and ease of use really stand out. What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

There are just a few small things that could be improved. I wish some parts of the system, like the workboard colors, were a bit more customizable. It would also be nice to have the ability to permanently delete things instead of just archiving them. "One-Stop Solution with Setup Challenges"
What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I appreciate that AutoLeap consolidates everything I need into a single platform, which simplifies my operations and is very helpful for managing my auto mechanic shop. I genuinely like the feature that allows me to enter a vehicle's license plate to instantly retrieve all the pertinent information about that vehicle, which saves time and makes our workflow more efficient. Additionally, I found the support from the AutoLeap team to be beneficial when I encountered challenges, as they were available to assist and guide me through difficulties. What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

What do you like best about AutoLeap?

Texting estimates and getting approvals from that

if ownership of a vin changes, they system lets us move the car

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

The unbelievable extra amount of work that is required to do everything. Example: Want to add a part from a dealer to the estimate? Well, you have to build that in your catalog first, set it all up and then you can. Manually sending the invoice, and inspection report when closing the work order should be automatic, not 6 extra clicks.

Everything is layered on something else and if 1 piece is off, the whole thing doesn't work smooth.

The training was non existent and I had to rely on asking questions to the techs via the chat, which is good to have, but when a customer is standing in front of you and they want to go, and you need to message support for something that should have been trained, is very embarrassing.

We were constantly told during the zoom calls we can't do certain things, but after playing around on my own, I found that there was a bunch of things we wanted that we can do, they just didn't tell us, or are not aware that it can be done. I felt talked down to, not really listened to, and my questions during the zoom calls often brushed off and ignored.

The work board is terrible as there is no organization when making work orders. There is no quick way to see what's coming in next, how much time is left in the day available for work. You must go to the calendar for that, but they push using the work board.

The calendar is ok but the pop ups constantly get in the way and that info could easily be in the appointment area. You can't do a 15 minute appt because the name has to fit so it auto adjusts to 30 minutes.

Having a system that requires unique names otherwise it adds a number at the end is silly.

Our on boarding was 4 zoom meetings during tire season where I was only able to pay attention to about 1 hour total of the training, no one came to the store when we went live, just had a zoom call open for support, and only for 1 day.

When they added the second store, my inventory got all messed up and I had to spend several hours fixing that.

They require MOTOR integration and it doesn't accept Canadian vehicles so you have to look up oil and filter information elsewhere when they come in.

After 7 weeks of using the system daily, I have gotten faster but there are still so many steps.

Can't punch techs out if they forget, simply have to wait until 11:59pm for it to auto happen, can't edit times when techs are clocked in, they have to clock out, adjust the time and clock back in which then that time needs to be adjusted, cycle repeats.

Far to many confirm notices that need hitting, and the cancel is the default so you can't even hit enter to pass though, it's more clicking.

Bell notifications are excessive, notification pops for everything you do. Schedule something, move it to another tech, tech punches on or off, finishes, changes jobs. Need to know when they raise a flag, when approvals come in from online estimates, the rest could be separate and less intrusive.

Have to type minimum 3 characters to search and some part numbers are only 2 numbers so you have to invent something so you can find it later Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AutoLeap?

The best part of AutoLeap that I've noticed so far is the ease of everything. It's supper easy to add RO's and services to that RO. The implementation process by our consultant was WONDERFUL. She was so helpful, super informative, and always made time to help us get on boarded. We use this all day every day, and it continues to get easier and easier. There are SO many features for shops of all sizes to use. The customer support has been out of this world! Responses within 30 seconds to any questions I've asked.
