In former days it was normal to have a SPOC or at least one person for technical topics and one for regular account management topics when being at at certain revenue level. Nowadays this is only possible via extra fees and which is a pro argument for other networks where a SPOC is free of charge. We are in people business and it feels like AWIN is 'hiding' a bit which is the contrary approach to our indusry. This clearly needs to be improved especially with affiliate programs that show great potential.

There should be more transparency in the contact details advertisers when trying to contact publishers.
