Ebony shared a number of specific suggestions--it's clear that she's put in the time to try to understand the nature of my business as well as the perspective of a potential buyer. Honestly, the only thing that took some getting used to was their Escrow.com partnership, as Escrow.com is not as modern and user-friendly as Acquire.com. For context, Escrow is what Acquire uses to actually manage the transfer of funds. But I figured it out and it wasn't a big deal in hindsight.
