Some restrictions in the email build tool were a bit hard to decipher at first. Also I have faced issues setting up the tool as learning to use the tool smoothly is a steep learning curve and there were many components which training team couldn't cover although it took almost a month to get done with the trainings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
