"Adobe Express: Easy Design for Everyone"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

Its simple, user-friendly interface makes it easy to get started. There is a wide selection of ready-made templates available, allowing for quick and professional designs. The built-in tools, such as the background remover and AI features, help save a significant amount of time. Additionally, it works smoothly across different devices, which is especially convenient for creating while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

Some of the more advanced features are only available in the premium version, which can be a drawback. When working with larger projects, the software sometimes feels slow or laggy. The mobile app is missing a few functions that are present in the desktop version, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the customization options may feel somewhat restrictive, especially for experienced designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Express for Social Campaigns is EPIC!"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

I love the ability to create separate projects all customized with branded content for each different subsidiary. We can create templates that match each subsidiary for when they collab on a campaign or event and then separate templates custom branded for their own social campaigns. What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

It's a LOT. Better organization of content and create an automated UI for beginners with pop up prompts "What would you like to do today". So then beginners can get used to the UI and all the layers of assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My go to app for quick, clean and creative designs"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

As a software developer, I often need quick visuals for presentations, app mockups, or internal tools. Adobe Express makes that super easy for me, no design skills needed. I just pick a template, tweak a few things and I’m done quickly. For personal use, it’s just as handy. I’ve made invites, social media posts, and even a resume, all without feeling overwhelmed. It’s fast, simple, and packed with features that actually help.

I use it regularly, and I love how it works smoothly without needing support. Plus, it connects well with other Adobe tools when I need to go deeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

Unlike Photoshop or other apps, adobe express doesn’t offer advanced editing features such as detailed layer control, complex masking, or professional grade typography and video editing. The free plan has restrictions like limited templates, stock resources, and cloud storage. Some exports may include an Adobe watermark which can be frustrating sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Fast, and AI‑Driven Tool for Everyday Content Creation"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

Adobe Express achieves a rare balance—it's powerful enough for genuine creative projects, yet remains accessible and never feels intimidating. With my Pro subscription, I have full access to premium templates, Adobe Stock assets, and AI-powered features that help automate repetitive tasks.

I rely heavily on several features. Quick Actions, such as one-click background removal, resizing, and format conversions, allow me to prepare images and visuals quickly. The integration of Generative AI (Firefly) into both design and video workflows enables me to generate elements or images from prompts and then customize them directly within the platform. The extensive template library for social media content, flyers, presentations, and more gives me a strong starting point for new concepts. Robust photo and video editing tools—like trimming, cropping, merging, and converting to GIFs—are all available in a single interface. Additionally, brand kits and content consistency tools make it easy to set colors, fonts, and logos, ensuring that even team members without a design background can maintain brand alignment.

Altogether, these features help me produce high-quality visual content more efficiently, reducing the need to switch between different tools and minimizing workflow friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

No tool is perfect, so here are some areas where Adobe Express could improve:

AI consistency and control: The generative features are powerful, but sometimes outputs feel generic or need heavy tweaking. More granular control (lighting, style, context) over AI results would help.

Performance lag on heavy projects: When working with large video files or high-res assets, the interface can slow or stutter, especially in complex flows.

Customization and layout limits: For certain more advanced design ideas, Express can feel restrictive versus full tools like Illustrator or Photoshop—especially when tweaking fine details.

Offline access and reliability: Because it’s primarily cloud-based, working offline or in low-bandwidth situations can be challenging or limited.

Cost vs. credits: The Pro plan gives you generative credits, but heavy users or teams may hit those caps, which could limit usage unless Adobe adjusts limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical design tool I rely on at work and home"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

I use Adobe Express both at work and for personal projects, and it really helps me accomplish tasks quickly without requiring extensive design expertise. In my professional life, I find it especially useful for creating visuals, presentations, and quick content pieces that look polished and professional. At home, I appreciate how simple it is to design social media posts or personal projects. I enjoy the wide selection of ready-to-use templates and the intuitive feel of the platform—it saves me time and allows me to concentrate on the content itself rather than getting bogged down by the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

At times, I encounter limitations when I require more advanced design features, which means I have to switch over to Photoshop or Illustrator. The free version feels quite restricted, and I’ve noticed that performance can lag when working on larger or more complex projects. I would also appreciate improved offline functionality, as well as greater control over layers to allow for more precise editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fast and user friendly design tool for everyday graphics"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

Adobe express is very easy to use, with a clean interface that makes designing fast even for small tasks. The implementation was smooth and i could start creating right away without needing long setup. I use it frequently for social media graphics, quick edits and client presentations. It offers a wide range of features like templates, fonts and stock assets that save time. The integration with other adobe tools is very easy and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

Some advanced users may find the features limited compared to full adobe software. Certain integrations required paid plan, which can be restrictive. While customer support is available, responses can sometimes take time. I notice occasional lag when handling larger design files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple tool that makes design tasks quick and stress-free"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

I like how quickly i was able to start using adobe express without needing training. The interface is simple, so it's easy to create designs even during busy office hours. I use it almost everyday because the features cover most of my needs and it connects smoothly with other tools i already use. The ready to use templates save a lot of effort and make my work look more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

Some of the advanced options are locked behind the paid plan which can be limiting when i need more flexibility. I feel customer support could respond faster. Since i use it often, i notice where extra features and deeper integrations would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Express Review"
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

Adobe Express is that despite offering a rich and growing set of design, photo, video, branding, and social-publishing features, it remains incredibly easy to use, backed by Adobe’s support infrastructure, so that I find myself turning to it frequently as a go to creative tool rather than struggling with complexity. It balances Ease of Use and Number of Features so well. Its Customer Support and ties to Adobe’s ecosystem give confidence And because it’s both capable and approachable, my Frequency of Use stays high rather than dropping due to frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

At the moment, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this product. I’m fully content with how it works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Express is a game changer, just wish it was more user friendly."
What do you like best about Adobe Express?

I like all the templates they offer, and now the new AI assistant designer is very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Express?

Even though the demos make it look easy to use, I struggle still to understand how the layers work. Since it doesn't look like Photoshop or Illustrator for example my brain automatically panics and it's hard for me to figure out how to navigate the layers for example. Its the user interface its both fun and energetic but also overwhelms me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
